    Cheap Tickets was great to work with. Not only were they able to find cheaper tickets for me to Cancun during xmas vacation, Amy ***** from customer service was able resolve some problems I had with errors that I had made in providing information for the ticketing.     I am shocked to see such a high score from other reviewers, my experience has been frustrating and disapointing to say the least. I purchased a very expensive ticket on November 26 to fly international on December 17 and even though the money was taken promptly out of my checking account with the promise by Luna (the CTD agent) that I'd get my ticket within 24 hours, it's been 10 days and no ticket whatsoever has shown up at all. I've been calling and writing emails nonstop. They first gave me the excuse of Thanksgiving delays in processing tickets, and that excuse cannot be used any longer. I know now that I lost my chances of finding a ticket to spend Christmas with family abroad, so all I want is for this "agency" to send me a full refund so that I can make plans to celebrate Christmas in January WITHOUT THEIR HELP!!!
