    My father is ****** ********. He is in a nursing home and I am handling his financial affairs as guardian. There was an automatic check on his account withdrawing $29.97 for the benefit of "AD ************. No one answers that phone #. I see you have had previous complaints. We would like to ****** any subscriptions or any other products from this vendor.     It has come to my attention that there have been "checks" coming out quarterly from a company called Diversified Marketing Group at *************. ID number is *******, we have not received any services or products coming from this company. The phone number says it is not in service at the moment, but we cannot get through no matter when we call. I do not know what this charge is for, have not authorized any bank checks for this amount, I request that these charges stop immediately. The check numbers and date are as follows; 12Jan2024 check #******. 14April2023 check #******. 13July2023 check #******. 20Oct2023 check #******. 13Jan2023 check #******. 17Oct2022 check #******. 20July2022 check #******. 14April2022 check #******. 14Jan2022 check #******. Each check is for $29.97. The total amount of these 9 transactions is $269.73 and request a full refund.

    I supposedly was subscribed to a listing of sweepstakes but do not recall ever receiving. They charged me ***** every 3 months. I only noticed once I stopped using my account *** changed payments but saw the charges hit my old account. I can go back to dec 21, 2021 electronically seeing but I am guessing this has been longer as my address on file was old.

     I am rejecting this response because: they never sent a check and in fact they send a e mail stateing they owe more money in the amount of 319 dollars and change.thats two checks they owe and still have not sent all they do is reply to my e-mails stateing they will send a check.our probate lawyer is now looking into over three years of bank statements to see how much they really owe.i will update information if and when i actually receive any checks.this has been going on since aug 3rd,they took antother direct payment from the accoung on aug 2

    I am filing this complaint on behalf of my mother who is elderly and in assisted living. I have a power of attorney and am an authorized user on her bank account. Each month the amount of $12.75 is taken from her bank account. The digital check shows pay to the order of AD ********** (**********). The last check was processed on 6/5/2023. This amount has been withdrawn for at least the last 18 months which is as far back as is visible on the account. She did not authorize this amount be taken from her account for any goods or services. I want this canceled and refunded and her name removed from this companys mailing list. I would also like a cancellation confirmation number.

    I've noticed a recurring "bank draft check" (seemingly quarterly) in the amount of $29.97 on my deceased mother's checking account which I am also an owner of. No matter what time of day I call the message says that I'm calling after normal business hours and nobody has returned my calls. I do not know what this charge is for, have not authorized any bank checks for this amount, request that these charges stop immediately. The account number referenced on each of the following 7 charges for my mother *********************** is #**********. 9/16/21 ck#******* $29.97 ; 12/16/21 ck#******* $29.97 ; 3/18/22 ck#******* $29.97 ;6/14/22 ck#******* $29.97 ; 9/9/22 ck#******* $29.97 ; 12/15/22 ck#******* $29.97 ; 3/16/23 ck#******* $29.97 The total amount of these 7 transactions is $209.79 and request a full refund. As mentioned, my mother passed away on 7/14/22 and what ever this charge is for needs to be discontinued. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated as I'm at my **** end with this.

    This company is submitting electronic checks through my bank account, which I have not given them permission to do. Every other month or so they are submitting an EFT check for $29.97, which I have not authorized. I try to contact them to stop payments & find out why they are continuing to debit my account but their phone is never working. I have sent them emails but have not received any response. This company is a scam.
