This restaurant has great food. However, I cannot and will not get over the fact that they charge 18% (forced) gratuity for parties of 5 or more. I am a single mother of 5 and I am charged for 5 kids that are not contributing to the bill whatsoever. Not to mention all my children are 13 and under and the restaurant is so greedy they force you to pay gratuity for obvious customers that are children. They are going to lose a lot of customers because of this reason. They have already lost 1.Review from Antwan W.

I called to get information about their hours before driving out here and the lady whom answered the phone informed me that they would still dine and serve us long as I was here by 10pm. They closed at 11pm. But when I came into the building at 9:45pm ***** informed me that they werent dining anyone else at this time and I told him what the lady stated on the phone and He denied dine in service to me still. I was gorced to order take out even though I wanted to dine in. But a few minutes after ordering, another party of 2 came in and He sat them down without any hesistation. I dont appreciate this service. I come here very often so to sit here and drive over 30mins to this establishment and be denied dine in service and see someone else get it is insulting.
