1 starA terrible dealership not interested in selling cars and only interested in feeding the egos of its insecure salespersons. Came into the dealership and was very up front: I didn't want to take a lot of time, I didn't have a list of must have specifics and would rather see the cars in person and decide quickly. I brought my car and offered to have them evaluate it up front to save us all time. I clearly stated I'd be happy to make a deal within an hour. The salesperson repeatedly got frustrated by trying to follow a very specific script apparently he had curated in which I wasn't interested. Not only did he get up and storm out of his own office, he muttered "go find a car you like" when I said I'd rather look at cars on the lot than a list on his computer screen without telling me where the cars were on the lot. When he finally reappeared and my husband asked him "did something offend you" he went on a vent about how my body language indicated that I didn't want to buy a car. We reiterated again that I specifically stated I was willing to make a deal quickly as long as I could see the car in person. He opted to respond rudely and ignored me at which point I asked for my own keys back and went inside to discuss with his manager. The GM listened politely and apologized and made no effort to regain our business, which is fine. There is no reason to be rude to a customer willing to help a salesperson make a sale MORE quickly, there is zero reason to physically touch a customer in any way, especially out of anger, and there is no reason to dismiss a person's literal words and have a hissy fit because a customer wants to see the product they are buying in person.Review fromMarissa A

0 stars if possible! Up front these guys talk a good talk saying they work with my insurance. However when I brought my car my insurance notified them they were only covering 1/2 the damages from My hit and run incident. Neither Lupient or State Farm bothered to call me. Then when I went to pick up my car, I paid for my deductible only to be revealed afterwards only half the damages were fixed. Lupient (Don) blames the insurance but Lupient should have let me know before they even started to fix my car. State Farm said the auto body should have called me. Anyway if you want trust and honesty - I would not bring your business here! Learn from my experience. Check out the ugly loaners I have been given while my car is in the shop with loud advertising and damage in the car! Their loaners should speak loud and clear about their service! Now Lupient (Don) told me after my review they will deny what i say here but i have nothing to gain but letting consumers know exactly the lack of service they get! Save your time and energy by going to a reputable body shop!! Learn from my horrific experience!Lupient Kia of Brooklyn Park

Hello *******,As you mentioned above there was damage to both sides of your car. You asked *** to write it up as one claim, which we did. We are a direct repair facility with a number of large insurance companies including State Farm so we must abide by very high standards that they set. State Farm instructed us to repair only the left side of the vehicle because they felt there were two separate accidents to your vehicle. This was your insurance companies decision, not ours. I'm sorry that was not communicated to you properly. Also, I'm sorry you didn't like our free loaner cars but we do offer rentals for a fee as well. Regards, Lupient CollisionReview fromAndy D

1 starI would give this zero stars if possible. I booked an appointment for my daughters can which is a 2020 kia Forte which was having multiple issues, One was with the transmission where i stated that the prior day she shifted it in to reverse and it did nothing so i brought this up to them, Also the main reason for bringing it in was a loud noise coming from the engine it seems and there was no SES light on but something was definitely wrong so the "supposed ASE certified mechanics" supposedly test drove this and said there was nothing wrong with it and that it was ready for pick to which my response was to have some who knows what the **** to look at it and not to test drive in the parking lot but to actually bring it on the freeway, and they said it they would charge a diagnostic fee which i said fine but, someone with a middle school diploma could have noticed that there was something wrong with it. right when we drove it away i could notice the issue was still there. If you value your vehicle and your safety do not bring it to this place ever!! I would not trust this place to change the spark plug in a lawn mower! STAY AWAY!!!!!!Review fromW. O.

I would give it a "0" if I could...Went to the dealership and purchased a 2020 KIA ******** (vin *****************) from ***********************. During the sale, we were presented with a car report that showed a theft. I brought that up with ***** and he seemed very surprised and said he was unaware of that. Although I thought that was strange, we went ahead with the transaction. Once we got home, we were overwhelmed with comments from family and friends that this is a very high rated stolen car. We had no idea. We figured we can take precautions and protect our investment. However, as we started to set up the vehicle. I came across several items from the previous owner, with her name, address, credit card receipt and a very disturbing invoice from Lupient Collision and Glass with over $9,000 in parts, labor, paint, mechanical and miscellaneous charges on this vehicle. This massive repair was not disclosed to us. It is one thing to have a vehicle stolen but to have this much work done is unacceptable not to be mentioned ( especially since it was completed at this establishment ). This obviously has not yet been reported or not yet updated on the car report. When it is, it will drastically reduce the value and effects our bottom line. Be honest. Reached out to the Sales Manager and Used Car Sales Manager and they did not even have the professionalism to reply to the email - cowards!!! DO NOT BUY A ****** They took short cuts that have allowed these vehicles to be easy targets. Several insurance companies wont even insure them now. If you want to buy a car from a dealer that does not disclose the truth - these are your peeps! You have been informed.Lupient Kia of Brooklyn Park

Hello *****,We learned of the concerns with your purchase after hours on Saturday 1/21 at 9:07pm then took the car back on Monday 1/23, the next business day. We're not cowards but simply didn't respond while we were not working. We did have internal communication about the email and had every intention of taking the car back. We also spoke to ***** and he stated you both discussed the thefts of 2021 and older key start ***'s multiple times prior to finishing the purchase but we agreed to the return because we certainly do not want a customer that just purchased a vehicle to be unsatisfied with the process. We're sorry for the trouble and wish you well with your vehicle search. Regards,W. O.

HA! - Your reply to my review - I have the text messages from my sales person stating that *** would NOT be able to wash their hands of the deal and would take the card as a trade in - That is NOT having the intention of taking the car back. I sent emails that Saturday night and then on Monday left phone messages for BOTH *********************** (who was off on Mondays) and ***************************** (who would not be back til Thursday) .. I would not expect a call on the weekend when you were closed. Still to this day have not heard a word, so yes, I would call that a coward action. ***** has given you wrong information, we absolutely did NOT have multiple conversations about thefts of ***s (wow - just wow!) .. I had to take things in my own hands to get this car returned to you (which I did on my own on Monday, with absolutely no assistance from ***** It really ***** that *** choose to cut corners in the lack of electronic immobilizers, which allows these cars to be easy targets. I loved the Sportage. But who wants to buy a car that is an easy target. Then to omit the $9,000 in repairs is very shady! I hope people read this and know exactly how this company works.
