            I have been a loyal Tactacam customer with several of their cameras. However, my experience with their products and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Two years ago, one of my cameras stopped working, and Tactacam refused to honor any warranty. I reluctantly purchased a replacement, which also quit this winter.Adding to the frustration, I had annual prepaid plans for each camera. When I cancelled one plan, Tactacam cancelled all of them, leaving me without any active service. Despite emailing Tactacam multiple times over several weeks, I received no response and no credits for the remaining months on my plans. Now, I am unable to use any of my cameras unless I purchase entirely new plans again.I request a refund of the remaining plans after Tactacam cancelled them.

            . Bought a Reveal about a month ago and put it out and it sent roughly 50 pics and stopped sending, so I went and got the camera and found that it will not power on and upon further inspection noticed the camera smells hot and feels hot to the touch. Start a chat with them and was told that I would have to send the camera back and it would take 1-2+ weeks to get it looked at so I asked them why not just replace it? I was told there was no supervisor available to make that call. Finally a supervisor said yes we will send out a LOANER camera. THEN I get emails today saying i would have to pay to send it back and after very upsetting discussion they agreed to send me a prepaid label. So honestly Im just gonna take my loss of $120 and trash this thing. Life is to short to deal with this c*** and they should be ashamed of how there service is treating folks who shell out hard earned money for there products. Had I not complained I would have paid to ship it back and they wouldnt have said a word about it
