    Rating's how about a negative 5 , I run 15 cameras they continue to chew up battery life , my solar panels are junk , along with the lithium pack , i had 6 cameras go down all at once cameras would send all black pictures and chew up batteries , so i emailed them and i get a response of send me a picture of your issue , i asked you want me to send you an all black picture ? i told them if you want to know the battery life and the signal strength ill tell you she said she needs to see the picture so i sent the picture , i have never been so dissatisfied in a company and after i was told i would have to pay for the shipping to have them serviced , I'd rather throw them out then keep dealing with the run around i get , I'd rather pay more a good product that a company stands behind there product

    Bad product. Bad service. I would leave zero stars if I could. I have other brands and don't have issues. The Tacticam Reveal that I have:1. takes photos that it never sends. They will be on the ** card but never get sent (thats the whole point)2. I use it for work (wildlife biologist) and unlike other brands it won't trigger on ducks - it isn't as sensitive as Spypoint evidently.3. Started going through batteries at an astronomical rate. They would be dead in 2 weeks. Tacticam said it was because it had poor service but it only sends twice a day and ******** Edge in the exact same spot has batteries that last so long I can't even tell you...4. Then it wouldn't even turn on.5. **************** didn't fix it. 6. Instead, they sent me a refurb but it has an **** sim card whereas mine had *******. **** ***** where I live and ****. Aaaand I can't just switch cards evidently (per e-mail from Tacticam). So I still have a camera and service but really its just a paperweight.

    should be called Tactascam they will not warranty lithium battery pack that is clearly under warranty and not working they want you to buy another charger ........no more for me.....chinese junk that they will not warranty

    I have been using tactacam for a few years now. I have around 9 tactacam cameras and only four are working. The other starting having issues connecting and keeping service the cameras would go for days not working. I contacted Tactacam numerous times and would explain my situation and they would look at my account and say they can tell theres an issue and that I needed to change the ** cards to their brand I would spend $30 a pop on Tactacam as cards that would never fix my issue. The last resort with customer service was we can upgrade your cameras at a cost! I have already paid between $100 -$200 for 9 cameras that 1/2 the time work on top of paying a monthly service please tell me why I should spend more money on your product when it should work? I know there are times things just dont work for whatever reason but why punish me?? I work hard for my money and enjoy hunting and they should work! I am seriously at the point where I am thinking about trying other cameras because its ridiculous. ************ in my area is perfect so make this right and help me because I have supported you for years!!

    I just purchased 2 new Tactacam cameras. I had 2 older Tactacams that quit working. I stopped the 2 other cameras and tried to add the 2 new cameras. When I added the cameras, they show that they are pending camera check in. I decided to ****** what the problem may be and took the proper steps to make sure I did everything correctly. This did not work so I called Tactacam and was on hold for over an hour. I then decided to hang up and email them. I got a return email saying that they have my email and would be in contact soon. It has almost been a week and nothing but crickets. I have spent at least 5k with Tactacam with yearly service plans and I have bought at least 10 to 12 cameras from them. I am still patiently waiting for a response. After reading some of the reviews on BBB web page I am not the only one having major issues with Tactacam customer service or lack thereof. When ********************** first started they seemed to have a great camera and customer service, however now this seems to be the standard. There are tons of game cameras to buy, so I guess I will just have to cancel my service and sell the cameras if they never get back with me. Very disappointed in Tactacam.

    There needs to be a rating less than one star. We have been dealing with them for months on a camera we purchased and a yearly subscription we purchased. Their support will not answer the phone. Their chat is automated. You might get an email from them, but they still will not call you and help you.

    . Bought a Reveal about a month ago and put it out and it sent roughly 50 pics and stopped sending, so I went and got the camera and found that it will not power on and upon further inspection noticed the camera smells hot and feels hot to the touch. Start a chat with them and was told that I would have to send the camera back and it would take 1-2+ weeks to get it looked at so I asked them why not just replace it? I was told there was no supervisor available to make that call. Finally a supervisor said yes we will send out a LOANER camera. THEN I get emails today saying i would have to pay to send it back and after very upsetting discussion they agreed to send me a prepaid label. So honestly Im just gonna take my loss of $120 and trash this thing. Life is to short to deal with this c*** and they should be ashamed of how there service is treating folks who shell out hard earned money for there products. Had I not complained I would have paid to ship it back and they wouldnt have said a word about it

    Zero stars. Tactacam is the absolute worst! Looks like we are not the only ones dealing with Tactacam issues and billing issues. We paid the yearly subscription and couldnt use our Tactacam for two months because it stopped recording. We did everything right, tried to contact customer service by phone/emails, no response! Finally went to the store where we purchased the Tactacam (Scheels in Mt) We spoke to Scheels store manager, explained the issues with Tactacam, how we paid for the yearly subscription, couldnt use the Tactacam for 2 months, cant get ahold of customer service. We showed ******* store manager the calls/e-mails we sent. The Scheels store manager said he would try to contact Tactacam but he couldnt get a hold of anyone either. So we returned the Tactacam to Scheels. The Scheels store manager gave us a $100 gift card to Scheels because of the problems with Tactacam. The next day the Scheels store manager called me and said he talked to his Tactacam rep and gave the rep my number so I should hear from him shortly. The Tactacam rep called and apologized, I told him I returned the camera. The Tactacam rep told me he would deactivate my account as he was able to see it on his end. A year later I had a charge on my charge card for $118.00 from Tactacam. I was livid! I called Tactacam, to my surprise someone answered. I explained everything so they refunded me $113.00 but short $5.00 so I contacted them again. Their excuse was I didnt deactivate my account and I have a $5.00 penalty fee. I explained everything AGAIN and said I want my $5.00 refunded NOW. I also asked to talk to someone higher up. She assured me she would have someone call and I never heard from anyone! I went back to Scheels to tell them Tactacam scams customers, told the manager what happen, he again gave me the number to Tactacam rep. I called the rep, left a message and never heard back from him!TACTACAM SCAMS THEIR CUSTOMERS. STORES THAT SELL TACTACAM NEED TO KNOW WHATS GOING ON.

    Per the website, the camera was to record with a red dot (when turned on). When contacted the customer service team knew the red dot functionality did not work. This behavior seems like false advertising. The Tactacam team could not confirm when the functionality would work NOR did they offer to extend the 30 day money back guarantee; so I returned the camera. I havent received the refund yet. The return policy is consumer pays for shipping so I absorbed the cost of shipping twice (to and return) and we shall see about the sales tax refund. Bottom line is the company cost me ~$40 for buying a product that doesnt perform as advertised AND Tactacam knows the product doesnt perform as advertised.
