      They didn't send my preordered shirt until weeks after it was supposed to ship out and only AFTER reaching out to support about it being missing.Shirt arrived and it was questionable quality and wildly miscolored in multiple sections of the design. When I reached out to their customer support they denied that it was miscolored, even after being presented with a side by side of their advertising on the website. They then tried to stop communicating with me completely when I asked for a manager or anyone above them to look at the design. I then tried to initiate a return to which they don't provide labels and I'm supposed to take them on their word when they get the package and trust them to ACTUALLY refund me. Which I don't trust them to do based on everything I've experienced so far.

      I ordered 3 products in December. By January I realized there was shipping issue. Since it was during the holidays, I gave it extra time in case of delays. I contacted ***********, who told me my package landed in ****** and I'd have to deal with ************ When *********** did a proper investigation into the package they confirmed that they never received it, and told me to contact Rockibillia.Rockibilia refused to offer me customer service, told me I had to find my package, and then refused to offer a refund or solve the problem. They essentially stole $70 and are taking absolutely zero initiative to resolve the issue. They are late to respond to emails, and if you get a response, they will simply explain how they don't care about helping you.**** this company

      I ordered a t shirt for my toddler to come in time for Christmas, I ordered it 3 weeks out so there wouldnt be an issue. After over a week of no shipping update I contacted customer service, which by the way is clearly run by a single person who wont allow you to talk to anyone else, and she was rude and messaged me saying I input my address wrong because I didnt put a # sign in front of my apartment building. I have never had an issue ordering anything this way from any other site before and I order online a lot. Regardless, this still doesnt excuse the fact that if there was something wrong with my address that needed to be addressed before it could be shipped, why wasnt I contacted for over a week? I ended up asking for my money back, I wont be ordering from here again and Ill make sure to tell anyone and everyone I can at any chance how poorly this company operates and to avoid it at all costs.

      Absolutely poor customer service. My order was never delivered, even though it says it was and I was provided a tracking number. Called and talked to a girl who said it wasn't their problem that **** can't do their job, and there was nothing she could do. She said I would not be getting a refund from them, but I could purchase the items a second time for 50% off. Called ****, and was informed the "tracking number" was not a valid number and to get a hold of Rockabilia customer service again to see if I could get a correct tracking number. Called back, and to my great luck, got the same girl a second time, who was even more unhelpful and rude. She said again it wasn't her problem, and rudely informed me that it wasn't a "package" (I ordered some stickers) and was mailed in an envelope, and therefore, wouldn't have a tracking number. When I asked why I was provided one, she cut me off and said "How would I know that? Not my job." When I tried asking another question, she rudely cut me off and said there was nothing further she could do and that she was not going to argue with me over the phone. I said "Am I gonna get to ask anything without being interrupted?" to which she said "You know what? Goodbye!!" and hung up on me. I still have not received my package containing my order, nor did I ever receive any valid tracking number from them.

      Rockabilia.com has now stopped me from commenting on their page because of bad reviews and comments, they can't handle the truth and don't want people seeing it either. One of the worst companies I've dealt with. My order placed on *****. I never received my order, they did not want to issue a new order. I have all the proof that the order was lost between DHL and the post office they refuse to do anything about making this right its absolutely the worst customer service. I was told to go to the post office and look for the package myself and yes I have that in writing by the customer service rep. I have no merchandise, no refund, nothing and it is now almost 2 months later. I disputed it with my credit card and guess what? So far they have taken over 3 weeks to answer them regarding this issue. I wonder are they that busy with other complaints or just being the nasty spiteful horrible people they have proved to be. Read other reviews before you buy from them I am not the only one saying these things. #Buyerbeware #Rockabilia

      Size chart was way off so shirt was too small. ****, in customer service, rudely informed me that they dont do exchanges and that if I want to return it, its at my expense. She stated she did not care that Id be contacting the BBB.

      Terrible experience. I ordered 2 shirts, and immediately realized one was not the correct size. I emailed them less than 8 hours later, only to be told they had already shipped it. 3.5 weeks later, only one shirt shows up, so i thought maybe they did refund but upon checking my PayPal balance, no refund. I reached out to their CS team and was met with indifference. You can tell very clearly how little they cared about my issue. They incorrectly told me the shirt had been delivered even though I explained the situation in my email and then rudely told me "they don't provide return labels, so it's on you to take care of" and then tried to mansplain how shipping works, even though they're going over the estimated shipping times they themselves state on their site. What a joke.I realize it's only a shirt but still, be warned, you will not be treated well by this organization. I am also pretty certain that they are not always selling licensed merchandise (which would most certainly be illegal). In this day an age, why bother spending money on poorly printed, bootleg merchandise (incidentally, on the cheapest and worst shirts available. Order directly from the bands, via the band website, don't waste your time or money ordering from these scam artists.
