      On July 8, 2025 and July 9, 2025 I made a purchase with My Pillow. My Pillow says they will send a FREE GIFT with the order. If you accept the GIFT, they fraudulently sigh you up for a bi-weekly energy drink that they send by the case that costs $48.43 each every other week. I contacted the company and basically they said to bad and we will not accept any unopened cases of the drink for a refund. This is a total SCAM! shame on My Pillow!

      I've been getting spam emails from this company and the related *************************** occasionally for a few months. I never signed up for these and am unable to unsubscribe.

      I ordered a "my pillow" from ************************ on 7/12/25. i was charged 9.99 as a special from a promotional offer i received upon ordering from a reliable company i do buisness with. they charged ***** in shipping. I never received it until 8/13/2025, a month later. Upon opening it was not the pillow i ordered but a book and a video on the owner ****. Also was a little pillow the measured 6" x 9". I ordered a full sized pillow. **************** does not answer phone or when calling the call will disconnect. I have called numerous times. I tried the ************************************* and it tells me to ship it back but there is no refund for promotional items.Please warn other people about this scam. I was charged ***** on my credit card and because the charge is now 30 days old there is a long process to dispute it. I believe this is the other part of the scam because they charged me ***** to ship it but it took over a month. there is no way it cost them to ship this when it took over 30 days This is just a scam, over 30 day to deliver so it is not easy to dispute on your credit card and overpriced shipping to make money for what was suppose to be a special price on a full sized pillow.

      Have not received my order that was placed July 6th of this year. It is now July 29th. This is an unreasonable amount of time to wait for an order placed 23 days ago. I've called twice and am given the same response.....We'll put a rush on your order. I've received orders that were shipped from another country quicker.

      I ordered sheets and mattress cover from My Pillow and was told that it would be delivered in ***** business days. Multiple inquires to customer service was permanent hold. Called sales and begged to speak to a supervisor. I was told that it has not even been shipped, this is 2 days after the ***** days. Supervisor said it would be moved to the front of the line for shipment. No guarantee when I would receive it. I have guests coming in 3 days and was expecting the sheets to be here by then. Losing respect for **** ****** over this.

      Placed an order with my pillow on 6/19/2025. Billinggays product will be shipped in 10 to 14 business days. It is now July 14th and in contacting the business I was on hold for 10 minutes waiting to talk to a customer service agent. Automated machine stated that order was being processed for delivery meaning not even shipped yet???? Is this business just using paid orders without shipping them to inflate the balance sheet while holding onto the merchandise? The order was paid in full on 6/19/2025. What gives here???

      I had previously ordered my pillow years ago and was satisfied with quality of product. I returned years later and placed an order. Shipping time frame given was ***** business days. I called today to check on shipping being it is the 14th business day. Oh without notice- they extended shipping time frame to ***** business days. I did not receive and update. When I was talking to *** she offered to refund shipping fees but added, she did not have a estimated shipping date. I just had her refund my order. She did not care at all that I asked for a refund. Extremely unprofessional but she's probably used to customers asking for refunds. I will never order again. It will probably take ANOTHER MONTH TO GET MY REFUND.

      Warranty fraud all products arnt 10yrs supposedly my purchase was a open box item even though shipping invoice didnt state that. Who the h*** sells open sheets? Thats a shame i though they were new i guess i willnt be buying my pillow products anymore my pillow products seeing as it didnt even last two years and its not under warranty. Was purchased 9/22/23

      I placed my order for two pillows and a pillow case more than 20 days ago. The product was supposed to be shipped within ***** days. I checked on my order and the tracking number with the **** says: label created, not yet in system. It says a status update is not yet available on my package. I contacted My Pillow customer service and they said they can't tell me when my order will be shipped. I asked to cancel my order and the lady said she would have to call her supervisor as the order has already been shipped. She lied. My order has not been shipped. I asked for a refund and she declined to assist with my request. I told her I would file a complaint with the BBB. I want my order to be delivered in an immediate timeframe or refund my money in an immediate timeframe. My phone number is ************

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      MyPillow finally sent the product that I ordered, probably as a result of my filing this complaint.  I reject their assertion that BBB is not a legitimate company. I will NEVER purchase anything from MyPillow again! Very poor business! No wonder all of the major retail stores stopped carrying their products!
