      We purchased 2 king sized pillows and needed to return them. After the return, we were charged a 30% return fee (that is not poste on their website under the Return terms. It simply stated a $9.98 shipping fee. After contacting ******* she first said it was an extra processing fee that was added, and when asked about their posted terms not mentioning it, she then said she considers the combined fee "shipping fees". Had the fees been honestly posted, we wouldn't have returned the package. Isn't it ironic that the self-proclaimed devout ********* **** ******* runs this kind of customer scam and employs the least humble and gracious customer service staff in the business? Needless to say when I don't feel valued as a customer, I will no longer be there customer and so this was our last transaction with My Pillow.

      Spam emails from the company, and I've never once even seen the website. Where did they get my email address? Have reported it as spam and unsubscribed, bjut email ads keep coming. Clearly, following the law isn't a priority for this company.

      I ordered 2 pillows years ago and they were great, just ordered 2 new ones and was so disappointed, since the company first went into business the quality of their product has gone downhill tremendously, The new order I received was like receiving two flat pillows, nothing compared to the first ones I received. I believe that they got involved in doing so many different products that their quality has suffered tremendously. I used to talk very highly about the my pillows that I received, but now I wouldn't recommend them to my worst friend.

      I like the pillow. But if ****** can get something to my house within a day or two, My Pillow ought to be able to have them to my house within 7 business days AT THE MAX. I ordered 6/14. Its 6/29 and nothing has been shipped. Very, very poor service. I bet I could get a knock-off from ****** in a day and be happier. Shipping time matters.

      Placed an order on April 30. Received an email on May 12 which said they were working on the order. Called on May 19 to inquire about shipment and was offered to push the order to the front of the line. Cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Received an email that refund would be posted to my account in 3 to 7 business days.

      My pillow said they shipped my order I guess to keep me off them. Find out this morning still not shipped then when I hit the tracking they gave me it says PAGE NOT FOUND! This company has the worst customer service and shipping ever. They don't mind taking your money but to get them to ship your order is a whole nother story. I just want what I ordered to ship already this company is insane. No wonder why MY Pillow Company is doing so bad. I think **** ****** should be reading all these reviews for himself and go correct what we're complaining about.

      They are real quick to take your money but takes forever er to ship. I ordered on the 4th and it's the 18th still not shipped. They also blocked all my emails for complaining about this. ******** customer service. I will never order a ********************** ever again. No wonder why this company is starting to go under. I just want my order to be shipped and I will never order again from this company. They are disrespectful to block all my emails so now I cannot find out when my order will ever ship.

      I agree that the **** ******* who is very outward about owning this company, but as I have learned this company must be a ********** , as they take sales calls and take your money out of your account that day, only to find out three weeks later your order for one pillow has not shipped out yet. ** Taking money from one person to Pay another fit this company's profile !!!I ordered on February 17 2025 and today is March 12 and still no pillow has arrived.****** ***** must have been fooled like the rest of us, I assume these two would not be speaking if Mr. ***** was aware of the business practices of this person.

      My Pillow has and is running ads on ********* Their newer ad offers discounts (several different codes, i.e., Fox9, Fox10, etc.). On the same screen is the added offer for free shipping for any order over $75.00,I placed an order for four (4) classic Queen sized pillows. It totaled $75.52. At checkout I was given only two (2) options for shipping: both with fees.I contacted the web site "help"; unfortunately, they were not authorized to render a decision. I able to contact the owner after numerous attempts by accessing the web site, by the phone and by numerous emails. I was assured that I would receive a reply. I have not received any reply, and upon checking, the complaint ticket has been closed out with out resolution of this issue.The ad is misleading, as is the web site. Although it is not stated, shipping is not free to certain areas. When openly offered free shipping with the only requisite being that the order be for $75.00 or more, to charge a fee is above the pale. My Pillow placed a misleading ad on TV and on the Internet. Most would find this offensive, disingenuous and misleading. On top of this misinformation on, and misleading of, shipping free/fees, for the $39.+ shipping fee, we were guaranteed 2 - 5 "work" days shipping. Such was not the case. We received our order late on the 6th work day. I ordered on October 12th, 2024, which was a Saturday. We received the order October 21st, 2024, late in the afternoon, early evening. Six work days later. This order sat for the remainder of the weekend and over three work days in ********, *********. All address labeled and it went nowhere. I should not have had to pay additional funds for shipping simply because I live in ******, after being told, should I meet a certain qualification, which I did, that the shipping would be free.

      Placed an order on Dec 11th with expedited shipping to ensure it would arrive by Christmas Eve. December 22nd has rolled around with the order no where to be seen. I contacted customer service and was told the order was cancelled due to fraud and I should have received an email. There is no email and if I check my order status on the website it doesnt show as cancelled. *************.
