    Bringing my **************** ultra car into McCarthy AUTO WORLD Buick and GMC dealership. I asked service manager *** to do diagnostic on my vehicle. Telling me the price would be $124.95 .I agreed to the price. I was told speed sensor was unplugged and was plugged back in to clear codes .And not telling me Tech unplug speed sensor. After I declined any further work to be done vehicle. Services un done not tell me telling me complete diagnostic of vehicle on check engine service light. There diagnostic uncomplete and wrong. I tested Speed sensor it was good. By tech unplugging speed codes returned on car P0502 and P1287, ****. By plugging Speed sensor in the speedometer would of work and repaired all other controls, cruise control. The service stability light comes on when there would be a short to your ABS System wheel bearing with there diagnostic machine would of told Tech be a short to service stability light to a bad wheel bearing sensor and which of would told Tech there was bad wheel bearing sensor. For doing this diagnostic the Tech has no way to preform diagnostic and would have to plug Speed sensor in perform. There was no reason of unplugging speed sensor. I would like a complete refund of $ ****** . Services un complete of agreement for diagnostic. I was given quote for replacing speed sensor it was between $380 to $400 sum thing like that with diagnostic and part. I bought speed sensor for $ ***** which there was nothing wrong with the sensor. There was bad wheel bearing left front driver side. Work done by dealership replace left axle which of cause the service stability light after work was done on. The axle left front of car wheel bearing had to be removed Which I found bad wheel bearing. I replace both wheel bearing on front repairing problems. Which finding speed sensor unplugged not be able to reset code on my car causing having to driving unsafe lost of power to engine and shifting on transmission no speedometer because tech disconnecting

    we bought a 2022 Acadia from ***** McCarthy and we have had nothing but problems with it since we purchased it in January of 24! This car was a certified pre-owned vehicle and came with a good warranty, it had roughly ****** miles on it when purchased.When we were buying the car the only item missing on the vehicle was the sim card for navigation, so we made the deal and they said they would order a new sim card .That week we brought it home the check engine light came on and we had it fixed at the dealer by our house 200 miles from ***** McCarthy's . since then the car has been acting like it has all kinds of electrical problems. It has been in for repair numerous times for elec. problems and as I write this the anti theft is going off in our driveway!!!We cannot get in the car to take it in to our dealer here because the doors have locked again not allowing us entry, once we were able to get into the car it read attempted theft?My take on this is that if ***** McCarthy had given us the sim card at the time of purchase and we seen that it did not work it would have been a deal breaker for me and my wife. It is now 6-5-24 and I need to take it back in for more electrical work, it feels to me like they put band aids the fixes until the year warranty is off.Oh and by the way it is now June and I still don't have the sim card after many calls!!! Please Help.
