            Purchased Trees from Arbor hill tree farms in April of this year. Trees were installed, after a week one started to turn ***** from the bottom up and lose pine needles. We contacted them with concern as the other pine tree was not doing this, we were advised to up the watering which we did. In two weeks the tree did not get better a quarter of the tree is curled up and ***** and does not look the same as the other which seems to be very healthy. I brought this concern up the Arbor Hills Tree Farm and he said that we would source a few more trees as we had expressed interest in adding another tree as well. We were informed that the tree would be replaced and that they just needed to get them in. Few weeks later we contacted Arbor Hills for an update and were told they havent been able to get trees yet. Contacted again June 7th nothing, few weeks later nothing, Early July was told to hot to deliver. August 9th expressed frustration and wanted refund, was told he never aggreed to replace.

            ***** the owner refused to honor their one year guarantee on all plant material. He refused to return phone calls or emails when I wanted to discuss a problem I was having with one of the trees they had planted. This wasnt the case when I reached out to make a purchase. My experience is that ***** is incredibly rude and difficult to work with. I think his philosophy is the customer is always wrong and at fault no matter what. I wish I had read some of the other reviews as they are pretty accurate. Long story short our impass ended up in small claims court where the Judge ruled in my favor. She ordered him to pay a full refund. I've never written a review but thought this might be beneficial to someone. If you choose to buy from Arbor Hill Tree Farm take lots of pictures and maintain as much documentation as possible. In may come in handy later on.
