      The product I received was great and works well. With the exception of the price being almost $200 higher than the actual company's website (Garmin only charges $299 for the same watch), the only other issue I have is that before I even made my first payment, they changed the payment amount on me from $38.99 to $46.99. That's kind of sneaky and deceptive to say the least. It would be nice if they lowered the monthly payment. back to the original amount.

      In 2022 before Fingerhut transitioned to Fingerhut Fetti Fingerhut was contacted that I was dealing with life changing events and needed to activate Safeline, a service provided by the company when certain criteria is met. Fingerhut and Safeline received correspondence documenting the life changing events and Safeline benefits were approved. Fingerhut continued to report non-payment and delinquent status to credit bureaus. 2 years and months after the fact the company has refused to correct the situation by indicating “the company has an obligation to report accurate information.” This year after explaining again to the company how the matter continues to be negatively impactful the company's response was “we can't do anything because the account was sold.” The company that it was sold to indicated Fingerhut has stands by its decision. For a company to ignore life changing events that a consumer is dealing with and its own policies for reporting and/or correcting situations is quite reflective of how the company views consumers and account holders. Additionally, the advertisement of certain services for a fee (that should benefit consumers during the recovery of life-changing events) while not honoring the service is also a reflection of what is really important to the company.

      I have been a customer with Fingerhut for over 10 years and I recently purchased an HP desktop computer. FedEx delivered it to the wrong address and even after taking the steps required to have my account credited or have them send another one out, they’re refusing because I was unable to get a police report because the police operator said that it’s considered a lost item not stolen. So as of right now, I’m stuck paying for something that I never received.

      Fingerhut sent a hoverboard I ordered to Kentucky. I live in PA. I placed one order for 2 items. They were shipped separately. One item arrived in PA. one went to Kentucky. I can see the fed ex tracking and that the package went to KY. I can see the photo of the house it was delivered to. They clearly made a wrong label. There is nobody to talk to and they keep telling me to fill out a paper and file a police report. There is no way to report something stolen with the police. My item was not stolen. It was simply sent to the wrong house in a completely different state. They are continuing to charge me for an item I never received and will not have anyone call me to resolve this issue. I have never made a late payment or anything and I’ve purchased so much from them over the years. I just want my order sent to the correct house or for my order to be taken off. I should not pay $200 for an item I don’t have

      I have had a fraudulent finger hut account opened up in my name. I have proof of this and have submitted proof. The proof that I have submitted has been enough to successfully determine that I have been a victim of identity theft at other such companies as capital one and the valero corporation because of a data breach caused by AT&T. Finger Hut has never even tried to help me with this problem. I have given my social security number to them which could have been used to prove the inconsistencies, such as false phone numbers used to open up the account and false names and email addresses and many other things, but they refuse to do this. This is dishonest company.

      Fingerhut has shut off my access to my account to make a payment,and check the status of my account. I've written to them about this and was told that they could not find my account,and to call them. I've explained to them that my hearing is bad and can not call,they again sent me a email saying to call them. Now I've missed 2 payments due to this problem and they are reporting it as missed payments on my credit report. . I need this fixed asap.

      My product was delivered to the wrong address. Did everything they told me to do. (Police report, affidavit sent) I was told they never received the paperwork. I re-faxed the paperwork. Months of going through excuses! Now they say it has been too long since they sent my package to the wrong address, there is nothing they can do. Yet, I'm asked to still pay for the product! Now this is affecting my credit! Absolutely would never recommend!

      When I am about to make a payment to my account, I found out that my credit card didn’t show up. When I tried to put it back on, it says error. Same if I put my own bank account in. It keeps getting denied. Also, they keep rearranging my previous payments.

      Fingerhut is denying me access to my account to make payments. I usually go online and use the app but I got my phone number changed so it won’t allow me to sign on to the account. I tried calling fingerhut to update my number and they told me the only way they can update my number is to give them permission to call my phone to remind me of payment. I know my rights and if I don’t want to be called I don’t have to accept it. But denying me access to my account is ridiculous.
