I brought my car in for window tint. (02/16/23) I had just bought this car on 02/13/23. One owner 30k mile car. Was told 400 for a ceramic tint. Well almost 2 hours into tinting my car **** came out and said it was going to be a extra 100 because the car had been tinted before. Then when the car was competed the 3rd brake light and trim pieces had been left in the rear of the car. Had to take the car bake to have them put back on. All the doors in the car had left over white stuff streaking down on them. Then when starting to look at the car there are multiple what I called cuts in the tint. On every window. I have since found out they are not cuts but what are called creases in the tint. I have taken the car to 3 other tint shops today and all 3 have the same opinion. 1 that the windows have not been cleaned properly before they had been tinted. (one even made the comment did he even clean the windows!) 2 There are multiple creases on every window. 3 The car was not cleaned up properly before given back. 4 I talked to the place I purchased the one owner 30k mile car from. They told me that the car had never been tinted. But yet I paid a extra charge for this All 3 also agreed the whole car need to be redone. I Did go back today (02/17/23) to talk with **** and asked for a refund and pointed out and of the above. He would only recognize the 2 windows would have to be redone. I asked for a full refund as to have to work done somewhere else and he refused. I asked multiple times even stating that I would be filling a compilate and writing a review. **** said he would *** me for slander. I am asking for a full refund. He has offered to redo 2 windows but I do not want him working on my car again. It was given back in pieces and took me over 3 hours to clean it just last night. I spent ****** for my car to be treated like c*** and not even put back together. Then while trying to work this out with **** I was threatened with a slander lawsuit. I just want a refund
