              I purchased a Pleasant Hearth vent free heater from L&M on the 10th of this month. It was delivered on Saturday the 6th. I noticed that the grille on the front was damaged. I contacted the dealer and requested a replacement. I was asked for pictures of the grille. I sent three. Then I was asked for pictures of the box that it came in. I sent pictures of the box. They claim to offer world class customer service and they claim they place the highest level of importance on customer satisfaction and yet they tell me they will not replace the grille until they receive compensation from the shipper. The only way to get the grille any sooner is to supply them with my credit card info, Get charged and ultimately someday down the road possibly get reimbursed. I shouldn't have to wait weeks or pay for another.

              Since I've been dealing with the ************* store on custom feed orders for the past year, they have been rude and just currently unwilling to price match . But they do have an abundance of rude managers when asked why they no longer priced matched or a gave discounts for whole pallet orders.. I guess I will take my $20,000.00 a year account to their competitors.
