            Awful support for customers that have broke down, new machines. 2024 Xpedition with 5 hours on the motor needs a new long block due to c*** installation by Polaris. Company wont swap the machine out and the motor needed is not going to be available until the end of July. Thats unacceptable. I want a new machine or refunded.

            I purchased a **** Polaris Pro R4 in November of 2023. First ride we found out the 4wd system didn't work. Long story short, the dealer had the vehicle for 7 or 8 weeks total trying to diagnose and repair the issue which turned out to be bad relay switches. I was required to remove all of the accessories that I installed on the vehicle before Polaris repaired the vehicle. I also missed several planned trips and those trips I did make I wasn't ale to use the car for what it is intended. What's more astonishing is that Polaris wouldn't extend the warranty more than 2 months and wouldn't offer any compensation for my time, frustration and lost trips. If you're thinking about buying a Polaris product because you think they will stand behind their products, think again. My experience was terrible and I'm now thinkig about selling the vehicle for principle of the matter and this will be the last Polaris product I will ever buy.
