1 starWell, it looks like our 2008 Polaris Sportsman may be an expensive lawn ornament. Can't find replacement parts that apparently hasn't been made in years. A foreign part (Weld mount stabalizer), I have no where to turn to in order to fix this! Never buying a Polaris again.Review fromJody C

1 starIll start by saying that my experience is in line with everyone elses reviews with a bad experience. We bought the new miracle machineXpedition Xp *********. This is a 2024 machine and with all the bells and whistles it was well north of $50,000.00. Since week number three it has had nothing but problems. Windows does and roof all leak so bad youll be soaked driving it in the rain. Two differentials later and not fixed. Dash and electronics are failing and work intermittently. It is now at the shop and the dealer let Polaris know there is almost $9,000.00 of items to fix the machine. If it can be fixed at all. This machine was picked up by the dealer manager and he even reached out to Polaris on the on going issues. Not only are the Polaris customer services representatives rude and impolite to customers, they tear out dealers the same way. ****** in customer service is about the most unprofessional, rude and lying person Ive had the displeasure to deal with in a business situation. I thought it couldnt get any worse when I asked for her supervisor, but boy was I wrong. ***** was twice as bad. Originally ****** had us get out dealer to pick up our machine in order to start a buy back process. Only after doing so she did a 180 and lied about saying that. Not only do we have it in writing but so does the dealership. Not only did customer service lie to the customer but they lied to a dealership. *** said that it is an off road machine and leaking doesnt dampen the ability of the machine and that just because its expensive Polaris doesnt claim responsibility. Has anyone ever seen a ********* edition commercial saying that is your buy this fully enclosed machine with hear and a/c it will still leak and to bad as a customer? Ive looked through every book with the machine and nothing about that there either. If anyone wants to hear how customer service treated us or If there is an attorney needing a few witnesses please reach out to me. Polaris #jokeReview fromNick T

1 starIve had five Polaris RZRs in the last nine years. Quality was so so, but they did the job for the most part. Until September 22nd 2024, when I was riding my 2021 Polaris RZR Pro Ultimate, when I tipped it on its side. In the process of all this, either the fuel pump blew up or a fuel line ruptured or something but the machine caught fire and ultimately burned to the ground. When trying to contact Polaris about this issue they are extremely hard to get a hold of/do not return calls in a timely fashion. I havent gotten a straight answer on anything. When calling corporate, they tell me there is nothing they can do and that it is a safety department issue and they need to resolve it, but getting in touch with the safety departmen, is next to impossible. My advice to you, is to do your research, before buying any powersports machine and if you choose to go with Polaris, know that their customer service is absolutely atrocious. I cant imagine being in the same situation I was with children or someone who isnt able to get out of a machine within one minute while its on fire. Stay safe.Review fromMatthew B

1 starI purchased a **** Polaris Pro R4 in November of 2023. First ride we found out the 4wd system didn't work. Long story short, the dealer had the vehicle for 7 or 8 weeks total trying to diagnose and repair the issue which turned out to be bad relay switches. I was required to remove all of the accessories that I installed on the vehicle before Polaris repaired the vehicle. I also missed several planned trips and those trips I did make I wasn't ale to use the car for what it is intended. What's more astonishing is that Polaris wouldn't extend the warranty more than 2 months and wouldn't offer any compensation for my time, frustration and lost trips. If you're thinking about buying a Polaris product because you think they will stand behind their products, think again. My experience was terrible and I'm now thinkig about selling the vehicle for principle of the matter and this will be the last Polaris product I will ever buy.Review fromNicole B

1 starFalse advertising on extended warranty protection. If you purchase a 24 month warranty extension its actually only one year as it reverts back to original sold date.Review fromMark W

1 starPathetic product quality and customer service. I took delivery of a ******************************** XP *********** Northstar Ultimate on 7/28/23. On the way home from the dealership, the check engine light came on and that turned out to be a bad instrument panel. That took 2 day for service, another 4 days of not being able to drive it, and 2 trips to the dealership to sort out. Then, the radio would only tune one FM station and no AM stations. That took another 2 trips to the dealership and another couple couple of days of service to fix (bad antenna). Then I received a brake line installation recall (R-23-03) with a "stop ride" notice with the recall. That has taken from 9/20/23 until 10/30/23 to fix, all that while not being able to use the thing. I tried contact Polaris via email but received no response to 2 emails. Finally, I called them on 10/30/23 and complained that there should be some compensation for customers like me who, literally, cannot use the vehicle for extended periods of time. I was told that "the Ranger team has decided to not offer any goodwill compensation" for this issue (meaning the recall). And, by the way, the recall was issued for an "improperly installed brake line" so that's on Polaris too.I could not be more disgusted with the quality of the product or Polaris for their lack of standing behind their product. One more thing, I completed the new owner's feedback survey and was promised an unspecified "gift" for doing so. Guess what: no gift either.Review fromDennis S

1 starI bought a 2022 Polaris Slingshot SLE brand-new which is the top-of-line $36,000 model. I had a very bad dealer experience to add to my nightmare. When I bought the vehicle the traction control light stayed on permanently no matter what you did. Polaris said to bring it to the dealership and they were stumped at first as to how to fix the problem, so I left with no fix. That was visit # 1 so I called worthless Polaris and they said to go back and let them keep it till they figure out what could be wrong, so I did which was another 2-hour round trip with 2 drivers and another day off work. I spent over $300 on gas and drivers and called Will in customer service and he promised to cover my expenses because it wasn't my fault. Polaris told me they couldn't pay me for anything as it states that the purchaser pays all expenses. I feel that Polaris should pay for its mistakes in manufacturing, I always had to pay for my mistakes in life. They now want me to go for the third time as the fix lasted 100 miles and it's back where I started again and they won't help with their problem or expenses in any way. If you buy their brands and have a problem you are on your own as their team is very ignorant and heartless about what you're going through and the danger of not having traction control as I came close to an accident more than once because of this problem. I also asked them why they quit installing the rear fender as it's very dangerous shooting rocks etc. to drivers behind you as I almost took out another biker's eye and hit a car windshield. I'm done with this company as they are only about making money.
