On November 24, 2021 I had registered my new E Bike with Rambo Bikes in order to have them warranty/replace the battery in the bike due to 3 of 5 loose contacts causing the bike to not function periodically.I have received emails from ********************* at Rambo ( who no longer works there), the last email from her being 12/12/2021, and then from AOG- *********************** It is referenced as CASE *****. They fianally responded back and changed the case # to CASE50036. I then received a response stating that "It appears some of our batteries have been pushed back to mid Feb due to port delays. We apologize for the delay."It is now Feb 26, I've sent two more emails asking for an update as to when it can be expected and have had no response. I just want the replacement battery, the bike is useless without it.Thanks for any help you can provide.*************************Customer response

I am not sure if it was your organization or just good timing but I was contacted by the Rambo company within a few days of reaching out to you. As of today, my replacement battery has arrived and appears to be correct.

I purchased a new $7,000 dollar e bike several weeks ago and the bike did not come with a charger to charge the battery's. I know the company has the battery in stock because iv e checked there website. They will not mail me a charger.
