On July 14,2021 I ordered a basketball goal for my kids from ophelian.com for the amount of ***** the next day the money was taken out of my bank account.I received an email from them and it had the transaction details such as transaction id# and the merchant id# and it stated I should receive my order within 15days. I figure with the covid it may take a little longer. Another week come and went then I decided to email asking for a tracking number. I never got a response since then I have sent 3 more emails asking for a tracking number or a full refund. Still no response I have tried to call the number on the ophelian.com site and it will not go through. I would like the basketball goal I ordered or a full refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pool online via audryyo..it stated when i bought it it would be delivered in 9 days....then i get 3 different emails 1 was a welcom two were about my purchase and each one had diffent account number and also stated it would take 14 days for delivery....it has now been 19 days; i sent 3 emails and never got a response.Initial Complaint

This business is now working under a different name then aheadfeel. I purchased a Scwhinn bicycle for $66 through Paypal and it has been over a month and I have still yet to receive it. I have called and emailed with no response.
