I do not recommend this company. I ordered a bottle of their Elderberry Tonic and it came with a foreign substance floating on top. It resembled a large piece of paper and obviously did not belong in the bottle. It came apart in pieces when I tried to grab it. When I contacted the company, their only response was how "pure" their products are and then went on explaining what a great company they are. I even sent several photos showing the tainted liquid but still all she cared about (the owner of the company) was that it was past the "date of return" (just opened though) and that they only produce "pure" products (obviously not).

***** had purchased from us on June 1, 2022. She submitted an email on August 2022 with mold in her tonic and wanted a replacement threatening poor reviews of my company. I looked up her order and responded to her with copies of our policies. That state any disputes or problems with products need to be done within 14 days of order date. Due to the nature of our products being natual we have listed on our website and product labels to keep our elderberry tonics refrigerated to prolong life, no where does it state they are shelf stable. Ms. ***** did not read the label or follow care instructions provided by us on our website and our product labels. Due to the condition of the product in her photos it was very clear Ms. ***** had not followed our instructions on the label or the website. When this information was given to Ms. ***** she became very angry and threatened us with slander and became verbally abusive. I stopped communicating with her at that point.
