Has anybody else had issues with Omega Association Managment. I was told by someone from their staff that she was going to hang up on me. That is unexpectable. They work for us. I called them in October and December because i could not setup auto draft. They never return phone calls. They sent me to collections and still never called me after our President of our home owners talked with them. Today after I paid the collection fee, which was as much as the 2 payments I was behind, again because they did not return my phone calls, I was told that they typically do not do that until a year of not paying. Then I was told I would have to call back when it cleared. Is this what we want in a management company. We own our homes and again they work for us. I will be doing everything that I legaly can do. I will also make sure that I have a voice in getting them ousted.

Omega property management (HOA) Is a scam. I had leaking in my main window of my townhome. It ruined my carpet and I had black mold . It cost me $2200 for mold removal. $1000 for wall reconstruction , and I need carpet. The HOA says they are responsible for the outside. I have had many unreturned calls. I was notified today that they will not pay for the window repair. This is unacceptable!!!!! They get my $240 every month and they could care less. I need help!

The repair to the window is an owner responsibility.  The association had a vendor come out to review the repair and it was related to the seal of the window.  Per the association's documents and maintenance policy, this is a charge back to the owner and their expense.  The owner was provided the information by the manager. The interior repairs are an owner responsibility as well and not covered by the association.  We did let the owner know that she can submit any damage to her individual insurance carrier for review and coverage.  We are the management company only and are following the declaration that governs the association.

I had the unfortunate experience of working with David (****). His communication is slow and poor. I spent 35 dollars on an application. It wasn’t until after I had paid and been denied, that he informed me that multiple previous applications had already been submitted, information he blatantly omitted. Avoid working with this management company, specifically David (****). Two words, shady and unethical.

This review deserves negative stars, nothing of the positive. Of the many years I have lived with Omega Management I have never had a positive experience with or from them. Omega Property Management is very good at taking the home owners money, but never delivering to the commitment they make to the home owners of customer service, leadership, management, or service. They consistently provide a lack of communication, dependability, and display of common human regard to another. At Omega Property Management, they meet a goal of falling short of client expectations by displaying dishonesty, coldness, disrespect, and sarcasm to the homeowner. The Omega team management amateurs provide a consistent hands off "not my job", cold, detached experience. The sense of urgency, respect to homeowners, or common respect to human kind does not exist with Omega Property Management. Owners within my current association have had sprinkler concerns for tree health that go unanswered, leaning fence concerns for safety and structural integrity, intruding water due to negative driveway grade, lack of flashing around patio doors from siding replacement causing leaking, and intruding water leaking from a common wall for weeks all go unanswered. Omega takes no responsibility for responding and following thru to the service requests and resolution. Bottom line, run from Omega Property Management if you can. Considering buying a property managed by Omega? Please take in to account the effort you will need to rid your association of them. If you are with the Better Business Bureau, please work to shut Omega Property Management down!

I am a new homeowner and contacted the h.o.a about a beehive forming, I was told someone would get back to me in 3-4 days. No response for a week so I called back the receptionist then stated that a ***** would get back to me. I finally received an email on 2 weeks later saying they would look into it. It has now been a month with little to no communication and I am extremely dissatisfied.

Hello, You have absolutely not been in contact with me on multiple occasions. You have sent me one email. I have been in contact with you on multiple occasions and a few of those occasions an employee has answered the phone to take more notes on my request. It is now Oct 17th, a month and 5 days from my initial requests yet the problem of the beehive has not been resolved and havent heard back from our property manager since 9/23
