  This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST Ive ever rented from. They have no concern for the safety of their residents, the quality of the apartments, or any idea of how to work with people who are struggling. You can help those the pandemic has affected, understand how the pandemic has affected people and choose not to do anything, or you can go after people who are struggling. The third is what Mint Properties chooses to do. Ive been communicative and open the entire time Ive lived in this apartment and have received no positive response. Even with a guarantee of payment due to a job loss that was out of my control, they continued to try to file an eviction against me.Their maintenance department does nothing about requests. The lights on the balcony went out MONTHS AGO, a request was submitted, no lightbulbs were fixed. The lights in the vestibule then went out and now as a single woman, I cant even go home after dark. They dont salt. Ive fallen down the stairs more than once. They lose keys to the units resulting in tenants having to sit hours in the cold to get entire locks replaced. The whole building smells like gas. They do nothing about disruptive and violent neighbors.But pay rent late once and youre at the top of their list to kick out. The accounting department is rude and insensitive. The whole company is an absolute joke. Honestly wouldnt be surprised if the whole building was ** in smoke and they ignored it for the insurance money, since thats all they care about.
