On January 10, 2023, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. §§ 326B.082, subd. 11(b)(1)(9) and 326B.33 and 326B.36 (2020). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to ensure that it hires a Minnesota licensed electrical contractor to perform all work on its projects in Minnesota. The business also agreed to pay $1,000.00 of a $5,000.00 penalty, with the balance stayed on the condition that the business fully complies with the terms of this Order and has no future violations of any law, rule or order under DLI authority.
