      Purchased items on target.com. They were damaged in shipping. Target.com would now accept a return or replace the item. I'm out $240.

      I was buying a toy online and got to the shopping cart and there is a $1 fee in my cart for a “regional fee”. I clicked on the information tag to find that this is a bag fee for the bags they think it will take to process my order. Firstly, I didn’t ask for a bag, secondly if I did need one, it would be ONE bag (10 cents), not ten bags for $1. This is deceptive and, while it’s “only” a dollar (or 90 cents), it is deceptive and is ripping off every person who orders online. This can lead to thousands of collars in the corporation’s pocket through this deception, as most people don’t look at every fee charged on online purchases. Shame on Target for this deceptive practice. They should be made to pay back all of the fees collected and discontinue this practice.

      Target Fremont. Went to buy a toy. It was $30 on sale for $15. When I went to pay my app popped open a 20% off one item in the store (did not specify full price). I read the terms and conditions, so did Denise the manager and she agreed that the T and C did not say anything about sale items. Still would not honor the coupon. Would not manually enter it bc she had “no way of voiding my coupon in the app”. So your company makes a coupon, writes the T and C, and you won’t honor it? She kept saying “I’m just doing my job”

      Ordered a collectible card game from Target Online. First, they cancelled part of my order. Next, the parts they did ship they packed in a box with zero packing to keep it from being destroyed in shipping. The boxes that arrived were damaged, and I took photos before opening them, as I opened them, and after I opened them, documenting the damage and how poorly it was packaged. I called target to complain and I received an email back saying they would not refund or replace them. So I order something, they destroy it in shipping, and then they won't let me exchange or refund it, even though the product is unopened.

      I placed an order for pickup with Target. We have two locations both off of Kings highway. I realized my pickup was in the wrong location. I immediately I called the store and spoke with someone within 2 minutes of my order being placed. I was told that they can't switch the location. On top of this I was told they can cancel my order but it may take 30 days to get my money back. I asked to speak with the supervisor, I was told that this is their policy. I told them when I buy something with this card and return it takes two or three business days and they said it's their policy that it takes up to 30 days and wanted me to repurchase the product so then they had double my money. This it was a very unhelpful situation. It seems that Target is really going downhill lately this is not the first time that I was not able to receive simple help from that company.

      I called Target guest eight hundred number for help with an item. Customer service agent was terrible in everything: low speed, asking repeated questions, not understanding what I'm saying. Target need to have surveys after each call or they need to record the calls to monitor their people.

      If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I am extremely disappointed by how the company is not addressing the behavior at the South Plainfield Target store. The store is very disgusting; expired items are always on the shelves. Management being rude to their employees and playing favorites. I known many people who got a false write up by the HR person. Many of us complained to corporate and STILL nothing was addressed. The fact that ETL HR still works there is beyond disgusting and sad. Target talks about caring for their employees, but they are not doing anything to address the issue. Do better!

      Target is now in the gaslighting business. I placed an online order May 18. I just gor an email this morning rhat one of the items in my order was canceled. According to the email, the item was delayed and I did not respond and let Target know that the delay was acceptable. Because I did not respond, the order was canceled. I went through my emails and the only email I got was an alert that there was delayed shipment for one of my items. There was no request for a response. It was merely an email notifying me of the delay. And now my order was canceled due to my supposed lack of response!

      DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM TARGET. They send you the wrong item and then there is no way to resolve it and get a return and refund. I ordered a chair online from Target and instead I received a queen size bed headboard… I called Target Customer Service and there was a 30+ minute wait. Used their online chatbot and it is awful. Still waiting for a resolution and will have to dispute the $225 charge on my credit card. I’m never doing business with this company again. No wonder the stock is dropping and this company is getting crushed by analysts.
