    My husband and I were in town for a week on business. We booked our hotel reservation through Bonvoy Marriott because we are loyal members d had great experiences in the past. On 05/18/22, we checked into Four Points by Sheraton ***************************************************************. Thought he hotel was under construction, the front dest was nice. On 05/24/22 we had late check out per the pink hair lady at the front desk. At 2:37 ( as we were in the process of booking another night on our bonvoy app- because we wanted to visit *************** before we headed back to Georgia) the General Manager BEATED ON OUR DOOR LOUD AND VERY DISRESPECTFULLY. We thought it was a fire or something but she then began to scream at us about checking out at 12pm. My husband tried to explain that we had late check out at 2:30 and that we decided to stay another night but she was irrate and wouldn't let us speak. She preceded to use profanity and would not calm down. My husband decided to call the police because she was really out of control. I could not believe she was a manager because of her behavior. I felt as if my husband and I were racially profilled and people paying their hard earned money should not be disrespected that way. ESPECIALLY when I was trying to stay another night so we could experience *******************. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel and I was grossly disappointed in her lack of professionalism and irrate behavior. As a PHARMD, she seem very unstable and I will never spend my money at this hotel again! So disappointed!
