    First I want to mention how great Coach Ty is. He leads by example and shows his clients what is takes to be totally committed to achieve our goals. From training to coaching Pre K, to elder adults, and special Olympics Totally Committed can do it all. They show up and show out, so shoutout TC team!! Second, the team is so knowledgeable about training, a sustainable diet, and so much more. Working with them feels like so much more than just a good workout. I always leave feeling like a better version of myself. Honestly, Coach Ty and Totally Committed has set the tone and standard for what I expect out of personal trainer, or youth development coach. Thank you, Team Totally Committed!

    Tyler is an awesome motivator and knows his business. He has helped me keep myself feeling younger than my actual age , and I am finally loosing that stubborn weight, thanks to Tyler's knowledge of nutrition, physical activity and mental health and clarity!! And , even when he is kicking your behind , the classes are fun ! Thanks Tyler

    This review will not do justice to how much Ty has impacted my growth physically and mentally when training with him. Ty is an individual who pushes you out of your comfort zone and allows you to truly see how capable you are at succeeding and elevating at rapid rates. Additionally, training with Ty has allowed me to build confidence and improve my health to a level I never thought I’d be able to reach in such a short time period. I am forever grateful to have the opportunity to work with Ty and the Totally Committed team - I am a better person physically and mentally because of it.

    Coach Ty Phillips runs a well put together and structured business as well as masters his craft as a wellness coach, mentor, & community leader. The workout I was put through was a great balance of hard worth and mental clarity with mental health being brought into the equation of the workout. This is a 5 star business with much to offer.
