    The "owner" of this company is extremely unprofessional and rude. I noticed an extra charge of $16.22 charged to my card after already having paid my normal monthy amount for this month. So i emailed them and the response back to me was a claim that they suddenly claim to have seen 2 dogs in my yard vs the 1 dog i pay for. I responded back telling them that i only have 1 dog. And that dog has never been outside when they have been at my house. Also the 1st Thursday of every month I have to pick my dads dog up from the groomers. This dog has never been in my yard. If i were to put this dog in my yard it would disappear. After i pick it up, i only have enough time to drop it off back at my house where It sits in a kennel for about an hour or so in my living room until my dad comes and picks it up. After explaining this to them the "owner" **** responded back extremely rudely and what was very obviously zero intention on hearing what i had to say. He then continued to again make the false claim that his employee saw 2 dogs on 2 separate occasions in my yard on 1/4 and 2/1..(note that these 2 dates are the 1st Thursday of the month) but its still false due to the fact that my dog has never been outside when they have been at my home and my dads dog that is only at my house for an hour 1x a month has never stepped foot in my yard. It is clear that his employee was peeking in my windows because the only way they'd ever even see my 1x a month dog guest is if they looked into the windows of my home and see a tiny little rat of a dog in my living room in a kennel. Which im sorry is against every rule when it comes to any kind of company coming to do any kind of work outside of a residence. He is refusing to listen to me hes refusing to refund me my money and he just seems to be very bad at business and customer service in general. Horrible horrible horrible company. Ridiculously childish behavior from a person claiming to be the owner of the company.

    This company is terrible! They spend ***************************************************************** $75 Dollars twice a month. I canceled their service and they charged me &268. 00 This is not exceptable.

    We have never received a complaint from this customer - in fact he comes back year after year. The real issue here is that he didn't want to pay the published rate for service, which had been increased for 2022. He was happy to receive the FREE spring cleanup back in April 2022 but didn't then want to complete the minimum commitment of 6 months of service - for bi-weekly customers (it is 4 months for weekly customers). We describe this minimum commitment before an online order is placed, we have it in our Terms of Service that need to be agreed to in order to place an order, and then again describe the minimum commitment in our Order Confirmation email. In all of these instances the amount to be charged is explained should they cancel early. This customer has 3 dogs, and so the spring cleanup charge is $250 plus sales tax if the minimum service commitment is not fulfilled. This was charged because he cancelled service after the start of the 4th month (10th July 2022)- at that point he only mentioned price being the issue. Service issues had never been mentioned, otherwise we would have responded - we have a 100% guarantee.Also, the customer is completely inaccurate in what he describes as the rate charged. We charge a total of $71.40 per month to cleanup up bi-weekly for his 3 dogs. This review states that we charge $75 twice a month, which is a total fabrication.
