On March 21, 2023, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11 (b)(1)(2)(6)(9) and 326B.84 (1)(15)(16) (2022). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to notify DLI in writing within 15 days if they are found to be a judgement debtor related to licensed work, satisfy or appeal any civil judgments within 30 days and to fully comply with requests for information from DLI and provide truthful and accurate information on license applications. The business also agreed to fully comply with the terms of a repayment agreement with MN OSHA. The business agreed to a stayed penalty of $10,000.00 on the condition that the business fully complies with this Order and has no future violations of any laws, rules or orders under DLI authority.
