            The plumbing wasn't done correctly to the *** The kitchen line should be cut and capped. The soft water feed line should be connected to the kitchen cold line. The cold line is hard water running through my RO filters causing my filters to be used too fast and hard. They wanted to charge me for work that should've been done originally. I already paid over $800. My neighbors had the work done by them and did it correctly...The Water Doctors said since I didn't buy my water softener from them" they will have to charge me. Which is an excuse. All I'm asking is for them to not charge me $120 to come back and cap the line. I had a water company here and brought all of this to my attention or I would've never had known about the work that wasn't done properly. This company had seen other homes in my neighborhood and the water doctors did their work correctly. But mine isn't. If they can't finish the job, then I would like a refund of $120 so I can pay someone else to do the work they were supposed to do.

            Rude on the phone. Didn't follow up with me after taking my information. Destroyed the timeline to my project.When I called to inquire, I was transferred to a voicemail box.Zero people were accountable. I was argued with and disrespected.I found a replacement service company within minutes of ending a phone conversation with them, promising them that I'd do just that.I literally had my water tested, and a professional pitched the filtration equipment we'd need, within a few hours after my final conversation with Water Doctor.They failed in literally every way. Don't bother with this company. They lack professionalism and do not treat potential customers respectfully. They deserve neither your business nor any respect they can't offer in kind.

            **** called in to schedule an appointment for a sales rep to come test the water and give options. **** called back as Water Doctors had not been in contact with him in a timely matter. Water Doctors did apologize and send directly to the sale rep. **** then proceeded to call back 2 more times. **** was rude, aggressive, demeaning and threating when talking to three different employees. After the last phone call **** proceeded to write a bad review and ****** and BBB. At this point no services have been performed. After the behavior **** displayed Water Doctors decided we would not be a good fit to work with him and meet his expectations and communicated that to ****. **** has continued to send rude emails and spent a lot of time retailing to the situation.

            I've contacted WD precisely zero times.This company refused to provide me service and was openly rude on the telephone. Weird how people get rude back when you're an awful person.The scads of terrible ****** reviews are consistent with my complaints. Weird.
