    I sold my 2015 Subaru Impreza to Minnetonka Subaru on May 20th I was quoted that I would receive my almost ***** dollar check ideally by the end of the week after the received my lien from ******, but if it was not ready by the time I was moving from ********* to ******** (June 8th) they would mail my check. Since this occurred I began calling and emailing them for updates on the check. I emailed Monday, June 10th and received no response, called Thursday, June 13th and was sent to voicemail and no one ever called back and my husband called Tuesday, June 18th and left a voicemail and again no call back. On Monday June 17th we confirmed with the *** number on the sales website that my car was no for sale and has since been removed/sold and I still have not received a call back, email back or the check for my car.

    Easter weekend, I was in Minnesota for the holiday. I had scheduled an oil change. When I arrived, I asked for my tire gage to be checked out too, as they hadn't been working correctly. The man who was helping me said he would come find me when my car was ready. I was working in the waiting area, when I got a phone call stating he tried to find me and my car was ready. I was one of three people waiting, and I was wearing a bright neon orange hoodie, so I am convinced he didn't try too hard to find me. Two minutes later, I went over to the counter, and he wasn't there. A coworker tried finding the man who had been helping me, but he was nowhere to be found. She struggled to find my paper work, but eventually did. I was given no information about car updates and conditions. I had to ask about the tire gage inspection and she had no clue. She stated that she assumes it got looked at if I had asked for that, but she did not know for sure, nor did she try to figure it out. Finally, when I got in the car, I noticed that the new oil change sticker was for mileage I had already reached, and my rear windshield wiper was broken (was not broken before the appointment). I filled out a complaint but have not heard anything (it has been well over a month). This is the second time I have had to write a formal complaint to better business bureau to get anyone's attention on my horrible and unacceptable customer service at this specific location.

Also, the General Manager from the ************* location called 3x however was unable to reach you and no messages have been returned.
