It was a bit of chore, what started out as a drain cleaning turned into pipe replacement. Luckily they had a long enough snake to reach the stoppage due to grease. Which had decades to form. Sam was upfront about the possible work to be done and what possible consequences if it didn’t go per plan. I am very satisfied with the work done and a few extras thrown in. Joe ******** was professional, knowledgeable and informative. The work and pricing were clearly explained and options were given. Joe was on time; and the project was completed within the estimated time frame with no disruptions.
