    Cooper ********, Managing Partner at To Serve Contracting in Wilmington, NC, knocked on our door several months ago. Not to be bothered, I told him that I wasn’t interested, even though I knew my roof needed replacing. Frankly, I didn’t trust people who gained business that way. A couple of months later, he came back, and my wife talked to him and scheduled an appointment to have the roof inspected. Reluctantly, I agreed, and they came out and provided us with a very thorough inspection and report. I asked him many questions about how the process worked with our insurance company and he assured me that he knew what he was doing. I finally agreed to let him contact my insurance company and file a claim. He did. To make a long story short, everything that he told me was absolutely correct, and it happened just as he said it would. Their crew came out on a Thursday morning, and by Friday at noon, I had a new, functional, and beautiful roof. The work was outstanding, and my yard was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I am a very difficult person to deal with and I don’t trust very many people, but Cooper was persistent without being pushy and performed above my expectations! I recommend Cooper and To Serve Contracting for your roofing needs! I promise you will be satisfied. I am!

    Cooper M. from To Serve Contracting was helping my friend down the street with their roof. I called Cooper and asked if he would look at my roof. From my first call, he was knowledgeable, personable, and punctual. He's impressive on so many levels. I wish more businesses provided the customer service that I received from him. It doesn't get any better.

    I went trough a hurricane,lost part of my roof. Mike ****** of to serve contracting came to my door ask if he could help.I was skeptical due to all the wrong doings with these kind of situations. I’m here to tell you that I have never worked with a company with such honesty, truth in his word and work ethics I truly believe that there is people that honestly want to get the job down and at what the promised I will always recommend these people for any thing they represent.If you need there services you can absolutely trust them to get it done Thank you to Serve Contacting

    Had a wonderful experience with To Serve Contracting. They did an amazing job on our roof. They came out and gave us a free inspection on our roof. Helped with filing insurance claim and walked us through the entire process. Cooper and his team were very professional and gave us excellent customer service. The job was done in one day with exceptional quality and they made sure we were completely satisfied after the work was done. If anyone needs there roof replaced I highly recommend To Serve Contracting.

    To Serve was great to work with. Our contractor Cooper M made the process painless and seamless. He was involved from start to finish. He was a part of our initial insurance claim, interfaced with the adjuster, and made sure we were happy with our roof installation. The roofers showed up on time and worked hard to ensure the roof was efficiently installed. Would highly recommend

    My husband and I are very happy with our experience working with Cooper of To Serve Contracting. We had some damage to our roof in a recent storm and a neighbor suggested we speak with Cooper. He's been very professional to work with, easy to communicate with, and has done everything he has promised. He met with the insurance adjuster and worked with us and our insurance company to file the claim and now their roofing team is about to finish our roof within one day. He had made the whole process super easy and we are very thankful.
