I purchased my boat new in 2015. It supposedly has a lifetime warranty on transom but am having trouble getting it repaired. It has paint bubbling around the bolts and ports in the transom with white powder under the bubbles. The dealer says the transom is safe but I am concerned for how long as the white powder indicates oxidation of the aluminum.Business Response

2022 adventure leans heavy to the port side causing unsafe operation and water to come into fuel vent ruining fuel/water separator and has ruined the spark plugs and fuel injectors multiple times. **** has added a shim to the motor that did not help. Additionally the port gunnel is loose (can be moved easily by hand back and forth) and not properly secured to the transom. This has caused separation at the transom, the sidewall is bending/bent, as well as all screws become loose on that side anytime the boat is used. Additionally there are 12 rivets that leak on the port side. Boat was already sent back to the factory to fix the rivets however they still leak. Boat takes on excessive water at speed. I've noticed that the fiberglass in the bottom of my boat in the containment area is flaking off. Please explain what is going on with my boat. My boat has never been in salt water.Business Response

We would advise that you bring your boat into an Authorized **** Dealer to inspect your boat to determine what is going on and if it is a warrantable item. We can not make that determination thru this channel as we do not have your HIN or pictures of your issue nor have we inspected your boat. Once a dealer has had a change to look at it they will reach out to **** for any warranty consideration (if applicable)

Lund boat company supposedly has a lifetime hull warranty. The transoms on thousands of Lunds rot and cause the boats to be unseaworthy. The dealer I bought the boat at says **** does nothing to honor the warranty.I am trying to fix it myself with a replacement transom; bad idea, as it's far too involved and would require removing a significant portion of the inside of the boat.Initial Complaint

On my **** boat under seat armrest are these plastic shrouds they broke once and now have broken again and **** will not replace also there is a small tear in the armrest probably because of cracked shroud.I want the shrouds to be covered and small tear in armrest to be repaired as per lunds 3 year cover everything warranty.The shrouds are already at dealership and Im not sure how tear can be repaired or armrest replaced.Business Response

2 claims have been filed for the same issue. Once is Sept 2021 and a second claim in May 2022.
Damage on both claims appears to be the same issue, therefore the second claim was rejected.
**** will reach out to the dealer and request more information from them to help resolve this issue.

I am rejecting this response because:
This is the same issue and the parts have broken a second time they are made very cheap all Im asking to honor your warranty the tear on seat armrest not even addressed I am paying ****** to have this fixed.I hope other customers read this and see how you treat a customer who spent over 50k on a boat.These parts that you will not honor under your warranty are ****** and installation is a couple screws I ***************** does the right thing here.Business Response
