We sold the vehcle AS IS  but she did purchase a service contract.  *********** contract wants a tear down of the motor to the point of failure.  We determined that the rings in the motors are bad and unfortunatley they are not a covered componet.  The claim will be turned down and the customer will be responsible for the labor in addition to repairing the vehilce.  We have provided a loaner for the customer to use from day one due to the vehicle not operating.  We have tried to replace the another vehicle but she left the store and told our salesperson she will be contacting an attorney and in the meantime we ended up selling the vehicel that we showed her to someone else.  I asked the customer to return our loaner and will unwind the original car deal but she hung up and has yet to get respond to my request.  Her father did reach out and is very reasonable person, he said he would talk with her and would like us to see what we can do about replacing the vehicle with another one and will be in Friday morning give our loaner back and to explore their options for  a different vehicle.   At this point I want our loaner vehicle back and she can bring her car to a different shop to be repaired or trade it in elsewhere.

We purchased a car we thought only needed the ac fixed. We drove the car home while driving home the car overheated. My husband let it cool down and he put antifreeze in it because it . The next morning We called the car lot because the antifreeze had leaked out all over the garage floor they told us to bring the car in they would have the mechanic look at it. The called us to say they mechanic said he ordered the part. Two weeks had went bye they still didn't have it fixed we called the car lot back to say we needed a loaner which they provided. Two more weeks have passed still no clue as to when the part will be here. I need a exchange they sold me a car that wasn't drivable.

The part to fix the customer's car is on national national back order.  Parts availability from the manufacturer is out of our control.  We have provided the customer a loaner vehicle to use until their car is fixed.  The repair and the loaner vehicle are provided at no cost to the customer.

I purchased a vehicle with the agreement being I'm buying a house right now I don't need my credit ran 300 times through all these random vendors with all the hard hits because the bank's going to turn me down. I told him I was on a very tight line with it he said no worries they only use one lender for commercial vehicles, going to get ran through ******** one hard hit that's all. 11 hits later they didn't tell me it took 11 I had to find out myself by going on to the credit report to see that they ran it a bunch of times I have since tried to get a hold of *** the salesman who told me they only have one lender that does commercial lending on vehicles he will not return my call I left messages with other coworkers to have *** get a hold of me he has not one time try to get back to me but he was in a sure hurry to get my titles and everything for the two trucks I traded in after he had the titles that was the end of conversating with ***. I asked him a thousand times in an emails and text message please get your vendors to pull back on their inquiries they can't be on my report! he said one vendor that's what we agreed to. so my bank is currently waiting for him to do what's right and get his vendors to get them off of my credit report before they give me my approval for my new home I've already sold my property I'm running out of time.

We sent this customer's credit application to 5 banks, plus we pulled a credit report here (6 total inquires.)  We have a signed credit application from the customer authorizing us to send his application to as many banks as needed to get his loan approved.  We always try to limit the number of inquiries, and sent it to the minimum number of lenders to get the loan approved.

I am rejecting this response because:

yes you needed me to sign it to run the ONE. he (***) assured me that the other ones that were on there were no concern being that this was a commercial only line of credit in which he stated you only have ONE bank that does commercial lending. in which case why would I be concerned with it being ran through whether it was 567 or 30 other Banks if you only have one bank that does it why would you run it through 567 whatever the number was when you only have one lender that does it why would you just submit it to that one lender why would you submit it to all these others it's not difficult if you state there's only six on there or five on there then there shouldn't be a problem with you calling each vendor and having them remove that from my report. it was stated specifically ******** if it was a no, it was a no! I was okay with it being rejected if that were the case he is well aware of that I don't think I'm asking too much. I would like them removed please

It is not possible to remove an inquiry from a credit report once an inquiry has been made.

I am rejecting this response because:

I'm rejecting that response because I've had it done several times. if you would like I can have my attorney get a hold of you and he can walk you through the process of doing so he helped the last people they are very much removable.
