A few years ago, I made the HUGE mistake of having bath fitters put in a shower for me in the master bedroom. I paid over $7000.00 grand for this to be done! I am supposed to have a lifetime warranty for all the completed work that had been done! The calking comes lose all the time; I had had to have these repaired countless times! At least 4 times over the past few years. Now today I call 10/31/2022 to yet again have the calking repaired. Now I'm being told that there is a cost for this! $250.00 for this repair to be completed. Where the **** is the lifetime warranty? Not my fault or problem bath fitters is incompetent of doing quality repair and or remodeling work! This is completely WRONG! This is FALSE for bath fitters to offer a suppose lifetime warranty, then to back stab and not honor it! If I am being forced to now pay for repairs cause by improper work, I DEMAND my money back! ALL OF IT! I have also taken legal action in this matter also!

The Bath Fitter system was installed 2016 and the cost was $5566.00. We were called out for a silicone issue on 3/28/2019 where we replaced the silicone at no charge and spoke with the homeowner about not scrubbing the caulking so hard.
on 1/10/2022 we were called out for another silicone issue, and again we replace the caulking at no charge, but did tell her that the next time we would have to charge for the service.
On 10/31/2022 we were called again for the same issue and we were told on the phone which is recorded that they were using a non approved cleaning product (scrubbing bubbles).
We are willing to do the repair, we would need to charge for the service.

I have never been informed of charges of this until 2022. This is completely unacceptable!
