      The worst medical device company I've ever dealt with, over charger, double charge, missing items in shipments. I will never do business with AdaptHealth again. Nothing but a waste of time, energy and money.

      When trying to find out what order and why she was calling she hung up on me! We were not sure of the reason for the call and asked to speak to the manager!

      AdaptHealth billed my CPAP to my insurance incorrectly and the claim was denied. The insurance company told them how to rebill, but they didn't do that. I called them several times and my insurance spoke with them on at least 2 different occasions. Two years later, I am still fighting with them to get it correct. They keep charging me a copay but aren't able to produce an actual bill. No one seems to be able to explain what they are doing or how much they think I owe and I am told that they will review my claim but no response after that. I will be returning the machine to them and getting one from somewhere else.
