    Excellent customer service, friendly and professional. Quick to respond as well. I would recommend Gaviota Construction to anyone without hesitation. What I like the most about them is that they are customer oriented, not just worrying about how much to get from the insurance but focusing on taking care of the customer.

    Gaviota Construction Inc did a fantastic job on my claim. I have a flat rubber roof on my commercial property on the East side of St. Paul and it had some serious damage, Gaviato Construction came out and took a look, gave me an estimate and helped me with my claim. They where there every step of the way to make sure the process went smoothly. The insurance adjuster met with the contractor and they were able to process my claim right away. As soon as it was approved the Gaviato team got to work right away. Every step was explained and they made sure I understood what was being done. They took care of all requirement and permits. I was very happy with all the work that was done. My roof was done professionally with the updates and the building looks brand new. I would highly recommend Gaviato Construction for any job. They do a wonderful job.

    Great company to work with, they were honestly very helpful and reassuring when I asked any questions about the project, and they made sure to keep in communication with me throughout the whole process. Not to mention the top notch quality of the work done, Gaviota does not mess around, when they work, they make sure to get it done. Love it.

    I would recommend this small family owned business to anybody ! They work very hard and they use top quality products. Their workers are very nice and are very thorough and clean up after themselves very efficiently. I love the job they did on my house and my garage. They even did a few extra small projects on my garage Very happy with this company!!
