    On 8.30.23 **************** 1" moved my belongings to Acorn Storage. ***** the lead mover, told me they cracked my filing cabinet and that he would personally take care of the cost. On 9.14.23 I emailed ***** my original receipt of $129.99 plus tax. He has not sent me the check as promised. I would like to be reimbursed $129.99 for the cabinet which was in like new condition. I have receipts and photos if needed; below are the texts with the lead mover, ***** (I have no last name):9.14.23 Hi *****, this is ******* the lady you moved on August 30. Here is a photo of the file cabinet that broke, and I actually still have the receipt which I am attaching. The file cabinet is the fourth item listed on this receipt of 10.31.18.The file cabinet was $129. 99 before tax lets just settle for $130. 00 if thats agreeable to your company. Thank you. Okay Ill give this to our claims department It should be Thank you! ??10.20.23 This is kaden just letting you o shoot be back in a week or so to make sure get taken care of with the end table that was damage in the move I appreciate that, thanks. ??12.07.23 Hi *****, It's *************************, you moved me on August 30 in Roseville.It's been 3 months since I texted you the information on Sept. 13 about my damaged filing cabinet. I have not heard from your office since I called *** mid-October. She didn't seem to know that I had a claim. I also called and left her a message a week later, but she never followed up. Kaden what can you do to help?I just got back in town yesterday I was going to call either today or tomorrow Im getting things fix as we speak Thats fine, but if I dont hear from you before Christmas, Im going to contact the Better Business Bureau.Okay can you send the receipt again Please send the check to my mailing address ******************* N.12.09.23 I should be send the check out to you 12/20 hopefully you should received it by the 12/23 Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone

    The two movers that showed up LATE appeared to be inexperienced high schoolers. They milked the clock by moving very slowly even when moving light items. I even caught one of the movers leaning against the wall in the hallway. He was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The contract they had me sign was bogus, because they added rules VERBALLY at the end of the move, which is ILLEGAL!!! At 10:45 pm the RUDE mover informed me that the remainder of my bill was due, which was $165 more than expected. Given the amount of items I had and the fact that I didn't have many large items, there is NO WAY the move should have taken four and a half hours. After informing them that I wasn't prepared to pay that much, they closed the doors to the truck and refused to release the rest of my belongings to me and told me I would be charged storage fees, which would increase daily until I pay the balance. At 11:15pm, after I paid the INFLATED balance, they DUMPED the rest of my furniture in the ***** of the apartment complex and drove away. The next day I reported damages to my furniture, was told to send pics, which I did, and I haven't heard from them since. This is the WORST moving company I have ever used. I remained courteous and respectful during this entire stressful ordeal, with the intention of calling the company to tell them what happened. To my surprise, they responded to my one star rating by attacking my character and making false accusations, which was to their detriment, because it only proved their SERIOUS LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND INTELLIGENCE.
