This clinic continues to disappoint. I called and contacted the business office on multiple occasions to resolve the issue with them incorrectly billing insurance. I have multiple supplement insurance plans. One of them is ********* I had to close services with ***** due to this continuing to be an issue. They have sent me the letter for closing services as they state changes to insurance. There have been zero changes. This was 100% due to them having incompetence in the billing office. I did not want to have to do this and still could have benefitted from the service. The ***** worker was the best ***** worker I ever had and it really ***** that it resulted in this but I had to make my almost $300 payment. I should be getting billed a month $76 spend down. Nystrom and Associates stated I am being billed the $76 per AHRMS appointment. This is being billed incorrectly and has forced my hand in closing a service for a medical need. I only hope that I wont have to do the same for psychiatry. Hoping Nystrom and Associates can review my billing to resolve this issue so I am being billed my monthly spend down only. There are also multiple bills from the previous year that have not been processed fully. I dont have this issue with any other medical clinic. Any of them. Not my primary care, not the pain clinic nowhere else is billing me $76 per appointment.Nystrom & Associates Ltd

Fraudulent billing. Watch your unit hours they submit. They will book 4 hour sessions which they refer to as units when the sessions only last 2 or 3 hours.Nystrom & Associates Ltd

1 starI had a good experience with my psychiatrist ****** ***** and my daughter really likes hers as well, ********. Both work at the ************* The problem that I have had is the business office. They cut you off of your medication with no notice because of a late charge, because you were sick. Sorry that I was ill in the middle of the night and didnt know 24 hrs in advance. They charged I believe 225$ I complained and told them they were going to be reported to the BBB because of preying on mentally fragile people who rely on medication to stay stable. Would they do that if i were diabetic? I have moved on and do not want to speak to this business again, so save your breathe. Just beware. It is not the providers it is the business that I have issues with. The front desk staff and the providers were great!!!!Review fromDavid S

We had testing scheduled in **** rapids 1 hr 15 min away from home, they called 5 min before appt to cancel 2nd time i was 2min away from buisness ! This is unacepptable!Nystrom & Associates Ltd

Today I had an appointment with ******************** have never dealt with someone so rude and disrespectful She should not be allowed to work with other humans At the end of the hour intake interview for medications she informed she probably wouldnt be able to help me So clearly she just wanted to bill me the hourly rate What a waste of time I have been going to therapy for years and I wound not let my dog be seen by herNystrom & Associates Ltd

Terrible place to work with ******************* is a liar and sneaky person to trust. She went behind my back and questioned my 2 teen daughter about pca service. When I ask her why she acted like she never ask them that. First off my kids are teenagers who trying to live a normal life and dont want people knowing they get pca are disability. Not only did she question them she also made false allegations about what my daughter need are. Unless you live in my house with my daughter you dont know what her need are. Hello my name is **************************. I have a question. I have a therapist with Nystrom and associates. My Therapist is helping me With PTSD cos by a Terrifying event. My Therapist tells me that she has to make a report to the judge and will tell the judge I have PTSD. And that I am not a threat to my child. My Therapist indicated to me that case worker boss is bias towards me. And making false claims towards me. Don't my therapist in her report to the court. Include said person those not have ******************* and his child in there best interest. In order to deceive the court.!Shouldn't she report Bias. I went to see ********************* and during a therapy session when she realized I made a mistake she laughed in my face. Which is why I terminated therapy with her. I went to her to learn EMDR therapy for Binge Eating Disorder. She is trained and teaches EMDR. But she is very overweight. How am I supposed to have any confidence in this therapy she teaches for Binge Eating Disorder when it obviously doesn't work for her or she doesn't bother to apply it to herself.Nystrom & Associates Ltd
