We lost our mother recently. We relied on Sales Dan D to provide us with a fair value for my mothers handicapped van. He stated the van was worth $15000 and he would sell it for $22000- $25,000 after the van is gone through. We accepted his offer. About 2 weeks later the same van is listed for $38,995. I phoned Dan and said I feel we were cheated/ lied to. He said he didnt appreciate the way I spoke to him. I asked him to sweeten the deal, pay us more for the van. He said he didnt want to speak to me anymore. I would never use Rollx Vans going forward. Dan took advantage of my sister and I. We still have bills to pay in our mothers absence. RollX vans marks up there used vans %250 and takes advantage of the people because there is no where out there to price a handicapped accesible van. You need to rely on somebody looking at it.

The transaction to buy this vehicle was not between Rollx Vans and the person making the complaint. The transaction was done with his sister. The sister was listed on the title and she was in control of selling the vehicle. During the process the person making the complaint told his sister that he could sell the vehicle to a Mobility Dealer in Wisconsin for $18,000. We advised her to take that offer as the vehicle was not converted by our company, had a previous accident, and would be costly for us to recondition. When the deal in Wisconsin did not materialize the sister came back to us and wanted to sell us the vehicle. After the sale the person making the complaint was unhappy and contacted Rollx Vans. We offered to return the vehicle and provide a full refund. The offer was refused.
