  Took a friends 2016 jeep cherokeee from my driveway claimed it was half on the grass when i know it wasnt because i watched them park in my driveway. passsenger side tires were barely touching the edge of the lawn. They tore up a chunk of my yard when hooking up my friends car. The car was new to them and everything was up to date. They had no reason to tow that car out of my driveway.

  Well good thing we take photos of every car prior to towing them.  If the tires were just touching the grass it would not have been towed.  I ask that you remove the frivolous bad review and own up to your own mistakes.  By the way the rules for your property are very clear that no vehicle shall be parked on the lawn. Even if its 6 inches it could be towed.

  Took my car when it was parked in the correct side of the street. Over 5 cars are doing the same thing yet no one has been towed. Parked here in the same spot for 2 months and no ticket or tow till today

  Ya u guys **** u sold me a car I paid **** for 3 yrs later I go to get tabs in get told I can't because someone has reported that my car had been sold for scrap metal I called the scrap yard they told me to check my Vin on title in on car never once did I think I needed to look at the vin cause I bought it from inpound u guys sold me a stolen can in then refused to give me my money back wouldn't return my calls in when u finely did u rob me cause u knew I couldn't do s*** with the car in I was at Risk at losing my car to the *********** impound so u offer me a 800 in say that's all u will give me I lost my job cause I didn't have a way to get there u guys sold me a stolen car in yet I'm the one to have to pay for it I have contacted a lawyer about this I've lost way more then ****$

  When I wasn't able to pay a towing fee they offered me to sell my car to them, which I think it's illegal.

  My HoA uses this company for towing "unauthorized" vehicles from our property. They are vicious, rude and completely unprofessional. I was having a delivery of a piece of furniture made to my home by a friend. We just got 17 inches of snow so he pulled up to my driveway to unload. We took the piece into the house, he used my bathroom and when we got outside the driver was backing up at a fast rate and jacked up the truck. It was less than 5 mins. He told my friend it was 100 dollars cash to drop the truck. When I started explaining what we were doing he started yelling over me and things got heated. He called me a " karen" and said the price just went up to 300 because of my " attitude". They drove the truck 3 miles away and charged 500 dollars to pick it up 10 minutes later. This is not the first time they have harassed me and my neighbors. I've had some of them follow me with bright lights on at night through our subdivision. They speed recklessly around corners trying to beat people to their cars. They even jacked up a car with my neighbor inside of it while she was waiting for someone in her home! They told my Russian neighbors who had barely any English that they should learn to read English if they don't want consequences. They are terrorists in my opinion. And they are not supposed to be trolling our neighborhood. They are only supposed to come when called. All of my neighbors were present and none of them called. A delivery should not cost someone $500. Not to mention the stress and fear they leave in their wake. He dragged the truck with the tires locked in place causing damage. They are criminals.

  Good afternoon and thank you for the review. ****** Justvso you know our trucks have gps and our drivers all wear body cams. We have reviewed the footage from yesterday. We have also taken screen shots of all the posts and slanderous remarks that you have made of ******** and will be seeking legal council against you for harassment. Your friend did not pay $500.00. That is a false claim and can be proved. The normal rate is $365.00. But since our truck was tied up waiting on the police we charged $100.00 for down time. I would advise that you stop all of these false claims on ******** or on *** social media platform or we will be taking further action. As for him being towed off the streets, you are very aware that the rules state no parking at anytime. Rules are rules and we are enforcing the rules set forth.

  Handicap parking with handicap placard and parking permit. Tried to tow my vehicle illegally today. Told my significant other $100 drop fee. I put a report out for stolen vehicle and police told them to drop the vehicle and not touch it. Illegal in MN to tow a vehicle regardless was private owner says about vehicle. Nothing was illegal or parked wrong. They broke ADA, MN laws. Don’t touch a handicap vehicle unless police have advise you to do so! Private business owners are not valid enough to have it towed.
