      Be careful when ordering. They don't review your cart before confirming and will not allow you to cancel until it is processed and then tell you it's too late to cancel.

      I placed an order and they me offered a free 30 day memebership so I accepted but then 5 days later it tried to renew loool! On top of that my order had an item that was missing a piece and was the wrong size.

      I had a great experience with Sportsman Guide. At first I was a little hesitant, because there are some negative reviews online, although most are associated with the club membership. I avoided the club, and thank all for the fair warning.They have a huge inventory and variety. The website is well laid out and it was easy to shop for and find what I wanted. It was clear what was in stock or not. My purchase was shipped out right away, with excellent communication throughout the process and easy ability to track every step. It arrived in mint condition, faster than expected, and having been packaged well. Overall, thorough and professional!This review is not meant to be argumentative. I just wanted to report a good experience to compare with some negative ones. Again, I did not join the club membership, which admittedly looks suspicious.Lastly, I should mention the price was very good. The best online price by a good margin. But price is never my first concern with firearms. I will always pay a little more for great service and reliability.I recommend the site and will continue to buy from them myself.

      I cancelled my order for this within one hour of the purchase on amazon but was sent the product anyways. Now the company wants $25 to return it. This is pathetic and I want to return it for free.

      We supply Sportsman's Guide with product. Our terms are 30 days. They tell me that they pay in 45 days. We are a small company and need the money to pay our suppliers who give us 30 days to pay.November 24th was 45 days. In November I was told that they will pay the old bill with the next bill coming up in December. It is now January 2nd. They owe my company $27k. They couldn't care less about anyone else. Actually the receptionist at corporate is the best. He couldn't believe how many times I had to call.Today, January 2nd I contacted my a/p rep to find out what day we are being paid. I am sure that she has no control over when bills are paid. She has not responded. Tomorrow I will contact corporate again. I guess they do not have enough money to pay us. I was even generous enough to offer a payment plan.

      **************** *****. Chat was ended by them when i was trying to resolved an order that was canciled do to a ffl dealer had on thier list was not updated. They canciled the intire order, that was to ship to me. if it was a phone conversation, it the same as a hang up.

      Ordered a graph for my boat. They shipped a different one than what I ordered. They said we messed up on the pricing so we have you the one that is the next available option company is a joke. Not my problem that they put the wrong price on an item!

      FYI. I have been screwed on every order by these guys. They will ship even if items are missing or not available. No courtesy calls. They will also raise the price on what you agreed to pay when you pressed pay now then ship the second after. Latest complaint and big liability for them. ************** Surplus ProTech IMPAC C1 ICW Type III Special Threat Plate, New - Online says 3+ and multicurved. The receipt and bag says 3a. Actual item is not curved. I called CS, but both numbers were not connected. I had the old number saved and reached **** of Customer Compliance for SG swears that this is 3a, and insists so. She interrupts insisting that this is NIJ 3a and cites off the section of NIJ compliance. When told that 3+ and 3a are different, **** blurts out that "They are the same." When told of the difference, she tells me to just return the product. I replied that is the problem with SG. They always tell you to just return it. SG is like a bad girlfriend. I was even conned into paying for membership with this BS company. Also, description said new. NOT new. Beat up edges. They even cut off the description that is on every ballistics item sold. How can we know what these plates really are? They do not understand or care of the huge liability they have created. If I get shot on the job, im suing these MFers. I have everything locked down.

      A trial membership ended up on an order I placed -- Don't recall opting-in for it -- which was set to auto-renew. It did. I contacted customer services 2 weeks after getting hit with a "membership renewal charge" and they refused to remove the charge. I had one (1) order with this business -- the initial order. A quick search online yielded a number individuals complaining about this -- a "membership" ending ** in the cart at checkout that they do not recall selecting.So...Zero Stars yet I am required to give them one (1)...can it be a BROWN star? Wish I had come here before I placed an order with that...ahem...enterprise.Look into these guys better than I did . . . or . . . "welcome to the club too".

      I was going to place an order until I noticed I was being charged **** for fuel surcharge on my order! WHY would they be charging a fuel surcharge when fed ex picks up and delivers the items.Then a shipping tax!! What in the world.Called customer service for some lady to tell me fuel prices are high. AND?? Your not using any fuel.Your products are delivered to you and picked up and shipped.
