      -10 Beware when ordering from this company! Not only do they charge with temporary membership, then without notice they charge your card with $59.99 in 6 months without authorization or notice!!!

      On February 4th you placed an order and signed up for the 90 day starter membership.  According to the terms and conditions the membership will auto-renewal into an annual membership for your convenience unless we are notified.  You reached out to us on May 5th to cancel that annual membership and we processed that cancelation.  A refund was sent back to your credit card institution on May 6th in the amount of $59.99.

      Sportsman's Guide has had an issue with their accounting system. Watch out for their returns. It is not as easy at it seems and they will come back at you two months later claiming that they never got paid for items ordered. Their customer service is hard to get a hold of and when you do speak to a representative they will not take ownership of the error and they will talk over you and get rude when you attempt to counter their claims. Because of their error I now have to show proof, to them, that I have actually paid for the item. Not that they have to show proof that I didn't pay. They refunded my money for the two of three items that I returned but now, two months later, they claim they were never paid for the original purchase and now expect me to pay them twice. This is a bad situation with their accounting and the customer service is rude and ungrateful for my long membership. Going forward I have already cancelled my membership renewal and I will no longer do business with them. And I will make known to anyone that may consider doing business with them of the potential trap to your finances and credit report. This has been handled so poorly by Sportsman's Guide and they continue to be unapologetic and difficult. Good riddance to rubbish.

      Made a purchase of item. Item was too small. Sent back for refund. Never saw it. ** was contacted 4 separate times and told business is behind in refunds therefore cannot issue a refund at this time. Ask to speak to management and I was told no one is available. How is this company operating !! They have no problem, sending ads email and social media for people to purchase things.

      **************** has declined to horrible. **** purchase another product through them ever again. **************** "team member" ***** was no help at all, short, rude, and not one bit interested in customer relations.

      Purchased a pair of slippers for $49.99 to be shipped to ******. Nowhere during checkout was I advised about any type of extra costs although I expected some. My MC was charged the ridiculous price of $142.52. Clearly, I should have read some of these reviews before purchasing.

      Terrible customer service and unreliable website. Even though you purchase and item and the order in confirmed the company will email you days later stating the item is discontinued by the manufacture. After contacting customer service multiple times an agent stated the boots will be back in stock 9/25/24. I thought they were discontinued that's weird. I asked to be put on a back order list till they were in stock again. They stated they don't do that and threw a $5 coupon in my face. I was pushed off the customer service chat multiple times too before the conversation was done. I was not rude at all. The agents were very rude and pushed me off. I will not order from this company again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL TO ANYONE ELSE.

      Ive never bought anything from this company simply because none of the discounts work. I had an item in my cart for $250.00 and tried to use the coupon but every one of them told me either expired or my cart needed a minimum amount of $1.00. Thats right one dollar. I took it as a sign and checked the reviews on this site and saw that they treat customers really bad and as I read the reviews they never posted replies to help resolve issues. You guys saved me.

      Be careful when ordering. They don't review your cart before confirming and will not allow you to cancel until it is processed and then tell you it's too late to cancel.

      I placed an order and they me offered a free 30 day memebership so I accepted but then 5 days later it tried to renew loool! On top of that my order had an item that was missing a piece and was the wrong size.

      I had a great experience with Sportsman Guide. At first I was a little hesitant, because there are some negative reviews online, although most are associated with the club membership. I avoided the club, and thank all for the fair warning.They have a huge inventory and variety. The website is well laid out and it was easy to shop for and find what I wanted. It was clear what was in stock or not. My purchase was shipped out right away, with excellent communication throughout the process and easy ability to track every step. It arrived in mint condition, faster than expected, and having been packaged well. Overall, thorough and professional!This review is not meant to be argumentative. I just wanted to report a good experience to compare with some negative ones. Again, I did not join the club membership, which admittedly looks suspicious.Lastly, I should mention the price was very good. The best online price by a good margin. But price is never my first concern with firearms. I will always pay a little more for great service and reliability.I recommend the site and will continue to buy from them myself.
