We hired Arborcare Solutions LLC to take down a tree in our backyard in July 2022. Our quote included grinding out the ***** as well as the roots. They showed up late the first day and left without grinding out the ***** nor roots. Within the first few minutes a branch fell on our neighbor's fence. They said they would fix it, but never did, and refused to pay for the damages. They also dented our shed with a branch and smashed our garden fence with another branch.They came back two weeks later and partially ground out the roots and cut down the ***** at its base and moved it a few feet, using our lever as they had none. They worked in the rain and after dark. They destroyed a sprinkler valve. We hired a professional irrigation service to repair the sprinkler valve. Arborcare refused to pay for the damages they caused. They came back a week later and ground out more of the ***** and roots. They said they'd be back with a dingo to remove the *****. They never came back for the *****, despite numerous phone calls and texts. We were left with a 500 *************** that we could not move. We considered hiring another contractor to remove it, but it was too expensive. Due to our insurance company's deductible, we had no choice but to eat the costs of the damages ourselves. I would strongly recommend never using this service, as they do not stand by their work, do not pay for damages they cause, and do not do what they say they're going to do.
