            They called my business stating that I had an unpaid payday loan from Advanced America and that they were calling in a final attempt before taking me to court for a wage garnish. Yet this is their first call and I have never received a letter from them. I let her know that I had no recollection of a payday loan from Advanced America and that I needed a file # or something similar for debt validation and to reference if further legal action is needed. She stated that there was no reference or file number and that their legal team would contact me. Every debt collector has some reference number, so I told her that it sounded like a scam and disconnected the call.

            Got contacted by an Anita an alleged lawyer The statute of limitations occurred 6 yrs ago yet they claim I owe money for a repo d vehicle from 2012… all public record. They used an older last name to apply for a credit card & they told me I will get subpoenas if I don’t start paying immediately. They said if I do get subpoenad will be more like $6,000 vs if I started making payments $460 monthly it will be cheaper. I looked them up online & said it was a scam. Initial number was Anita Perez, lawyer. I told them I needed a lawyer but can’t afford one so they said I don’t need a lawyer lol. Also Brian ******* pretends to be a courier to deliver court papers but as of yet have not received any documents .. that would incriminate them wouldn’t it? They said I’m in a hardship program but they sound very legit with American accents. Not the usual international scammer.. & they really had me going till a friend told me it was likely a scam & sure enough.. giggling one of those phone numbers revealed just that. If possible pls forwards to ftc…thanx

            I received a call from them claiming I owed a cash advance loan from 2018. When asked what bank the money was sent to I told them I never had an account at that bank and that they had the wrong person. I was then told that because the loan was in my name and under my social security number that I was responsible for the debt. I let it be known that I would not be paying this debt under no circumstances. This place is a straight scam and if you get a call from them beware.

            Not sure you all are the ones calling from the past couple of weeks. With the exception of today, I've been yelled at on my voicemail without any information as to who the company is and why yelling was necessary. I do not owe any debt. Not sure who this is but please remove my number off your list.

            You keep calling/texting me that I owe money and I definitely don't owe money for this kind of a debt.I just got out of Chapter 13 bankruptcy and if this is a legitimate debt it would have been dealt with at the time of filing. if you do not stop calling/texting me I will file a complaint for sure.

            I've been paying off a title loan with them. They went out of business without any notification to me. And I now wonder what will become of the payments made, and to whom I will need to continue my payments. Very unprofessional practice to not notify consumers of them closing their doors or setting up their accounts with new collections. And, will this cause a new default on my credit?

            Calling me and I don't owe a debt. These debt collectors keep calling my number looking for someone else who had my phone number from 10 years ago. It's getting old. Stop harassing me!

            I received a call from this company at my place of employment. Which should never be an option. Thats my place if employment. I called the number back. The receptionist was very rude and would not provide any information. Said the individual **************** would call me back. This man called me back. Had me on speaker phone and wanted to confirm my information. I asked to be taken off speaker phone and that it made me feel uncomfortable along with confirming any information. In this day and age you have to be careful on what information you provide. Instead of yelling at me because I said I was uncomfortable the representative should have taken that into consideration. I currently have good credit and unaware of any debt. The way I was treated was uncalled for.
