    i purchased a car in November and after a day the car roof was leaking and having sensor issues since it would slam on my breaks and i brought it in right away and they weren't able to find the problem with the leak and so Jimmy told me that since Hyundai has a car warrantee that i should bring it there to get it fixed and if they cant fix it for any reason to bring it back and that Honda would fix it. And apparently the car was in a high speed car crash with a Semi and since it takes 3-4 weeks to get a single appointment to get the car looked at Hyundai/Genesis it ended up taking months to even find that out and now Hyundai wont cover it because it was a car crash that caused that. After trying to get into contact with the used car manager he tells me that he no longer is interested in fixing the car they promised they would fix because its not a safe car to drive!!!! I sent multiple E-mails to the used car manager and he never responded once and dragged the time and safe with the phone calls!!! they said they would take the car as a trade in but for 10k less than what i paid for!!! They gave me the run around never telling me the severity of the damage and now they wont take responsibility and want to screw me over with a car that is not safe to drive on the highway because it will slam on the breaks by itself!! and they seem to be ignoring me and they were never transparent and they lied!!!

    Bought a used car last week. Didn’t even make it out of lot before there were mechanical issues. Tried to get my money back. They won’t take my calls. Buyer beware.

    Customer is correct.  Purchased a vehicle last week and decided not to keep the vehicle and wanted to return.  Have spoke to customer on the refund process at the dealership at the time of returning the vehicle and also on the phone.  Refunds are in process.
