4/20/23 In this day in age I feel customer service is very important. When you call a place you expect to get a friendly person who wants to help you on the other end. Especially when you are paying for the services. Today, I called to pay the remainder of my daughter's **************** A lady by the name of ***** picked up and as soon as I told her I need help and doing this, you could tell she was in hurry and had no time. She rushed with all the directions and when I couldnt find a certain things you can tell she was irritated. Yes, she did help me get to where I needed to be but I could clearly tell she was inpatient. Finally I told her she sounded rude, and should be more friendly But she was inconsiderate and in a hurry. Like she didn't want to help. She said she is super busy and was in a hurry and was trying to help me but I didn't want to do it. Remember I called ***** for help so why would I not want to do it. Not everyone is super computer savvy. But her tone of voice was enough to say I was just a # and wasting her time. Truthfully, it doesn't matter how busy a place is. You should spend the time with each person to help them. You are getting paid to do customer services. If you don't like to be nice, find a different job. *****, maybe you are having a bad day, and maybe you are busy but regardless you should still be friendly to all your customers. You need us to have a job.

We apologized via email in a follow up response. We do receive many phone call during an average work day. We have a full service, easy to manage website that students and parents can manage, schedule, and cancel behind the wheel ******s. Unfortunately, we are not able to spend ~20 minutes with each customer as we wait for them to type in the information to create their account. Once they create an account, we will email them back with directions on the next steps. We have 1000's of students accessing the site daily and it allows them to easily schedule or cancel a ****** at anytime 24/7.Thanks A+
