    Placed order on 9/8/2024. Received confirmation of order that day.I called on 9/11/24 and spoke with **** no order found. On 9/12/24 received shipment notification, however now 9/13/24 and still saying label created. I called and they says yes your order has shipped. Same guy answered the phone. Is this a legit company? Very slow shipping. My control board was so hot, and burned up, and now my softener has been sitting with water in malt salt for over 5 days and still have to wait for it to actually ship.

    ordered a part they never sent me a conformation email with an order number. They did charge my credit card right away. I call them to cancel my order they said they could not do that with out a order number. this seem to be a very decetive way to do business. I had to call mu credit card to get the charge off. Will not use them ever again.*****************************
