    I recently had plumbing job done on my house. They charged me 600 dollars. The sewer back up on a Friday. They could not get anyone out until that Monday. The came did there job however I have been calling them back because I am still having the same issue. It has been another week of waiting. However my card was swiped immediately and the problem is not resolved. Due to last week snow storm they are refusing to come saying its hazard to enter the unplowed street even though my driveway and sidewalk are clear. This is real inconvenience not being able to use the bathroom the shower or even the sink. The customer ********************** representative was rude when I called to if they were still coming out.

    We serviced ******* on December 26, 2024 for a backed up main sewer line.  We cabled the sewer line from a 6 outside cleanout and the blockage was grease and sludge.  We recommended a Jet Flush and camera/locate.  We provided a warranty and recommended a camera and a jet flush.  Customer scheduled a Jet Flush for December 30, 2024.  We jet flushed the main sewer line and removed grease and sludge and provided a 30 day warranty and recommended a camera/locate again.  The total cost for both visits was $589. 
    Due to the ice/snow storm, we closed all our field service operations on January 10, 2025.  However, we had office staff available until 12:00 to answer phone calls and schedule jobs for the following days.  Customer called after the office staff left early due to the snow/ice/treacherous road conditions on January 10,2025. 
    Customer was scheduled for January 11, 2025 and was told that all roads, driveway,walkways must be clear for us to perform cable work to remove any sewer blockage.  All our service vehicles are vans.  When we drove to the customers home and found out that her road remained snow/ice covered, we notified the customer that we could not ********************** her today due to unsafe road conditions and associated safety of life issues.
    On January 12, 2025, we went back to customers road and determined the condition of the road remained in an unsafe condition.
    We scheduled customer for January 13, 2025 for **********************.  We arrived and cabled/opened sewer line and covered the visit under warranty.  Once again, we recommended a camera/locate to determine the condition of the sewer line.
    I realize the inconvenience, however, the ice/snow storm and the fact that her road was not cleared of ice/snow, was out of our control.  If the customer would like, I am willing to perform a camera/locate on her sewer line at no charge to the customer.

    My friend sewage backed up in her basement. Ive had a lot of rain. I poured water in my storm drain and noticed it full to brim. I checked sump it worked fine. These notes were given verbal and recorded to Bores Plumbing. I asked them to come check storm drain. They came and checked sump pump and charged $100 dollars. I called the office to notify of mistake. And ***** said I asked for the sump to be looked at and that they did what I asked for. She was sarcastically loud and unpleasantly mean pleasant on the phone. I said I was trying to be nice about it but confirmed management would call me back today. Then I had to hang up.
