      I bought a home that has no hard wired internet so ***** recomended a My Fi type of unit so I bought it,turns out i could literally put my phone right on it and still Zero reception.I went back THEN he tells me of a better unit,why didn't he show me this in the first place?! So I couldnt return the original one,got stuck with it and I bought the bigger unit not sure what its ********* then I was told it is UNLIMITED.Well a few weeks passes,I got my first bill and was $109 monthly charge then a $440 **** charge too boot!!!! I couldn't get to the store fast enough I was in shock.***** looked at the bill.TOTALLY acknowledged that he told me it was unlimited and would see what he could do to remove the **** charge,its now 2 days later,I was promised a call back,still nothing just stuck with a big bill.He says they were trained that this was unlimited,then did more research and saw there was another plan for $10 more that is truely unlimited,I was told right off by ***** that what I bought was unlimited.I am only there on weekends,have NO computor at the home and only used this for the TV and radio and better cell reception.This is aweful ***** told me over and over that I had unlimited,so far no compensation for the $440 data charge and he corrected his mistake of plans so I now supposedly have unlimited.I spent hours there about this I just keep getting blown off that have to speack to this person and that person and have gotten no where with this

      On 12/30/24, after being a ******* customer for 2 years. I was told my method of payment was no longer acceptable from ****** *. The new store manager. Approx. one month later I found out this was a false action on her part and that she was setting her own policy and not that of *******. I have reached out to ************* numerous times to discuss this issue and they refuse too and only want to stay hidden. I've asked to speak to the district manager and he refuses as well. I was instructed to leave a review at their store location and it goes unanswered by "Owner" as well. I would avoid Russell-Cellular in ***********, **. *********** Management sees the need to get involved. ***************** Tech. support *******- resolution team (over seas) are confused to their actions as well.

Credit card payments and Debit card payments are to be made online through the app or online portal or at a corporate location, or via the phone with ******* customer care.       I went to the store to get information to transfer my phone service to another carrier. ***** waited on me and was wonderful. She gave me the information I needed with no hassle! Very pleasant & honest. Thank you ***** for being a great person.

      I gifted a ****** ** from out of NY state to my son for Christmas. Upon his return he went to this Russell Cellular Location in Leroy, NY to trade in his old phone . I was to receive $1000 promotion at that time and not be billed for the new phone. Well….they billed my son for the phone that was to be a gift. Store changed my original contract and ** now states they cannot reverse the charge nor can issue the $1000 promotion. I’ve been on the phone with ** customer service after calling this store. Nothing but lies lies lies. Disconnected, non English speaking representatives, long hold times 39 minutes . A total mess and joke. Disappointed in Russell Cellular for altering my contract and ** for all the untruths. Nobody wants to truly do their job honestly anymore. I ended up paying full price $968.00 for that phone just to end the frustration. I’d really appreciate ** honoring my original contract I signed 12/8/25 and receive the promised promotion.

      ******* *., lied to me from the moment I walked in the Russell Cellular store. Misleading in how much a new iPhone would cost me. I agreed to try the watch that was a promotional deal at the time. ******* added a cellular line without my PERMISSION. I returned the watch within 24 hours and I was BILLED $6. FOR THE TIME I HAD THE WATCH. On the following months' bill I had a charge of $10 for the additional cellular line that ******* FAILED TO REMOVE. When I questioned her she told me SHE THOUGHT I WANTED IT. My phone **** says I have an iPhone 16 Pro but my iPhone says it's an iPhone 16. Was I paying more than I should have been? I'll never know! Also, I was FORCED TO PAY for my deceased mother's iPhone/number for close to a year because I was told I would lose my promotions and my bill with one line would only be a $5. difference. After, I upgraded to a new iPhone well all I needed was to show a death certificate. I took the ** up to the ******* store in ************ Ill. they told me all I had to do was call to have it removed. After returning to Russell store for the third time still trying to reduce my monthly bill. ******* proceeds to tell me she can get my bill down to $50, that's what she pays, so she said. On my next bill it was $80 for the phone NOT $50. Lies! Russell Cellular is a third party ******* seller and corporate ******* takes no responsibility for R.C. selling ethics nor their own salespeople's selling ethics for that matter. *******, demands high quotas and their team members do whatever is needed to meet those standards. Who's monitoring these companies? I couldn't submit review without selecting a star review. ******* doesn't deserve even 1 star!

All devices sold within a ********************** store will be connected to a line of service as all devices within a ********************** store are cellular capable. We apologize if there was a misunderstanding on this point. Any disputes in regards to the bill or services on the bill will need to be brought to ******* directly. Per the store receipt, phone bills and device payment agreement you purchase a Pink iPhone 16. iPhone pro and pro max devices are an excess of $1000 and only come in Desert Titanium, Natural Titanium, White Titanium and Black Titanium. We apologize if the way your device is labeled on your billing is confusing. You will need you speak with ******* in regards to the wording on the billing. ******* can also provide you with a copy of your device payment agreement upon request for you to review what was financed and what you were paying for on your monthly bill. In regards to what is being billed on your bill such as your deceased mothers device and line of service only ******* can remove that or can cancel any loans attached to the device due to the owner being deceased as they document that on the loan for a write off. We apologize for any miscommunication regarding price plans. ******* offers discounts for things like military, teachers, first responders and many other discounts that may get you down to that price that you are looking to be at. We would like to pass along our sincere condolences for the loss of your mother and hope that this has cleared up some questions and concerns you may have regarding the billing.       I had a great experience buying and setting my iPhone with ****** cellular ******* authorized dealer.Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Specifically ****** and ***** were indispensable in teaching me some iPhone settings and shortcuts since Ive been ******* android client. ***** also put a new screen protector, since my original got cracked.Thank you and best of luck!

      On 12/08/2023 I went to Russell Cellular I was US cellular on lifeline which he government paid for my service.I gave ******* Field all my info and account for Us ********************** I was told my service would be $30 a month they gave me a number to call the *** and to ask for customer service and I did gave them all my info and they said that's all I had to do.Come to the first of the month I didn't get my service from the government lifeline so I went to Russell's Cellular which is another for of Verizon ******* got on computer and came back and said I had to renew my life line they never got back to to tell me I had to do that so my bill ended up being $144 and now they are s******* up my credit score that's not my fault it's their and they need to fix this .I did got to a Verizon in ********* Me and to a team member there she said not to pay it it was their fault .I canceled their account that day I went to see them and went to ******* and got a ********************************************************** I'm on disability work part time and just started getting my retirement SSI and that not much $209 a month I don't think I owe them anything can you help

      Manager was great as far as getting us into new phones, but I was not informed over a call, txts (with manager) or in person (a different sales person) about the $40/line Setup for Success fees. I called the call center, they told me they couldnt do anything and to contact the manager. I did, she admitted that was on her for not informing me of those fees but there was a no refund policy. ****** learned - order yourself online and have them shipped to your home to setup yourself free of charge!

      ******, We do apologize for your experience with our Waukee-IA store.We reviewed your information and the sale invoice IAWAUIN13519.After looking it over, we found that the details regarding our $40 Setup for Success fee are provided at the bottom of your invoice and electronically during the signing process.Unfourtuanly, the fee is nonrefundable, however, the fee includes a $40 accessory coupon that is sent electronically within 30 days, getting you set up on *******'s network, the Setup of the myVerizon app, Registration of myPerks, Apple ID setup, content transfer, and much more.       I purchased a wireless charger from the ********, ** location on Aug. 3, 2024. I paid on my credit card. The charger didn't work. I went back today with the receipt i was given. When I looked at the credit card number, I Realized that ****, the store clerk gave me the wrong receipt. **** was not there, some clerk with dark black curly hair and glasses (he REFUSED to give me his name - such a professional) - told me he could not "switch cards" - i told him that i wasn't switching cards, but obviously they gave me the wrong receipt. He tried looking up the invoice number, and asked me if i was 1 of 2 other people, i am not. I grabbed my cell phone and opened my bank app and found the charge on my credit card. That wasn't good for him. I demanded my refund, he refused and told me to come back when **** was there - this is Wednesday - he said she will be back on Saturday - she covers other stores - i asked which store she was at - he said they "own 80% of the stores she could be any where. I asked for his manager - he is on vacation and he he doesn't know when he will be back. I went to take the receipt i came into the store with and had to rip it out of his hand as he refused to give it to me - I told him i was going to call and complain he didn't care. Another worker came in, i asked her what his name was, he screamed to her "DON'T TELL HIM". I did as i said and called the corporate office. Now i have to wait up to 48 hours for their response.i for one will never shop there again, i hope that these 2 people are relieved of their jobs as they both have no people skills
