I signed up for a dog training class on their website, and paid $35. It was a scent training class, as I am trying to train my dog as a tracker. The company replied thru email that my dog was not eligible for that class, but i could bring it in for an “evaluation “ to determine what class they could put her in. I replied that I would just like my money returned. They replied that wasn’t possible as I was considered a”no show”. They did say they would credit it me for another class, but would not refund my money.Business response

I think it is great that you sent them your end of the screen shots. It only allowed me to send 4 attachments so I sent our end up until you started telling us we robbed you. In the email threads you can see we tried to contact you many times and you did not respond. I have the rest of the threads if you would like them forwarded. Your original purchase date was September 16th. We have emails from May 5th, 2022 where we explained how to begin in scentwork. We offered you an evaluation to see where to begin. September 16th you took it upon yourself to sign up for a show level class. We tried to contact you multiple times to get you started in the right place, which was not the show level. You contacted us on October 8th after we reached out again to get you started with us and you responded that you wanted a refund. Thank you for attaching the copy of the return policy you agreed to. It explains our return policy clearly. We spent time to go above and beyond to get you started with us and are going to deny the refund because we have already paid the scentwork trainer for that workshop. We no longer have those funds almost a month after your payment was made. We have also spent more time than normal trying to accommodate you. It is unfortunate that we couldn't come to an agreement. In the future, Precious K9s just won't be the right fit for a training facility for you and your dog. ****** ******
