My daughter had fallen and broken three bones in her ankle. She was taken to Srt Lukes they operated on her ankle on Monday and had bone cushioning around it and she was there for a bout a week and they transferred her to Ignite Medical Resorts where she has been for a week. She has had for the most part terrible care. She is on pain medication which she should get every 4 hours which she does not get. Once, that I know of, they brought her 2 Tylenol instead of her prescribed pain medication because they said they could not find it, something is wrong with that statement. The outside of the building and lobby are beautiful, but the patients' rooms are filthy with cobwebs, surfaces of the tables are disgustingly dirty and so are the floors. It is hard for her to get help in there when she has to go to the bathroom. They gave her a board of some kind to use to be able to move to the portable potty herself, without their assistance. When she was trying to get back into bed. she inadvertently knocked over the portable potty and she had to weight on the foot that she injured and is not suppose put any weight on, and the foam she had around her ankle to protect it got in the urine. The help they sent in was not able to hold her up. So she fell and now has scrapes on her and her ankle is now crooked from her putting her weight on it. She is suppose to see the doctor and I am worried about her being able to get there. The fact that they do not have the right medication to give her is deplorable.

    Please see attached:

Pain medication is dispensed per the physicians orders, in this instance medications were dispensed as prescribed. The facility has housekeepers on site 7 days a week. They have a specific schedule to follow, but in the event a room needs additional cleaning, housekeeping could be asked to return. Staffing is based on need and patient acuity.
